Draft day 2. This time Staring Ralph Machio and Mr Miyagi. Lol?

The more I think about the draft the more I feel this is the type of direction the Bills will go. I can see these guys concentrating on the lines in first 2rds then getting the weapons from the 3rd to 5th.

Joe Marino locked on Bills podcast is the best. Much better then anything on WGR. Yesterday show very informative to those that don't listen give it a try. He talked about how the Bills don't value the WR position much as far as having a traditional setup with a #1 guy but rather put together a core of guys. He also talked about the 3tech DT that McD heavily emphases in his defense. U can tell the man loves his job and has a great grasp of what he's talking about.

I think the Bills have heard some news they don't like about Jessie James could be the market price for him or his unwillingness to sign here. I hope these TEs just keep saying no until we have no choice but to draft Hock. Lol.

Trade bk could be in play to if anything the combine opened up more options for trade other then QBs. Hopefully the Pack move up from 12 to 9 and we swap there late first for our 2nd. #29 for #40 . #13 - Hock, Sweat, Burns maybe even Wilkins who I think the Bills love. #29- Fant , Risner or Little

Our secondary is loaded just sign EJ Gaines back for depth and a backup safety and we are in great shape. There's plenty Mcd type players in this draft if we took a CB in the first he better be the next Revis. This pk would truly make me question my love for the Bills after 30yrs of fanhood.

U know what tore that up right the old injury bug hit them hard. By the 2nd half of that 41-14 blowout of Miami they never were healthy at the same time again. Some people just don't put things in perspective. It would of been great to see what those guys could've done together had they stayed healthy. I guess that's the ugly part of the game that u can't really prepare for.

9sks last yr and over 40 hurries 5 forced fumbles 3 he recovered in 12gms played. Not bad.

The 53 is impressive . But the sks way way down at 13. I realize he gets big time attention but the same could be said for other high profile prospects.

Depends on the money more then 4mil per yr is to much for me. 4 or less let's do it. I think the 5 and up are reserved for really good to great bks. I love Smith to one of my favorite players available i wonder if he's a fit for McDefense though. I don't expect us to spend more then 55 to 60 mil tops in free agency. It might be alot less though if the big dollar guys don't want to come to Buffalo.

The game is changing and positional value is a team by team approach other then a true Franchise QB teams will have Edge players , IDL, Corners and Oline usually rated highest but some teams put the highest emphasis on difference makers regardless of position. If it happens that they have a player rated very high at a position that matters they'll make the move but if u have a Wr or RB u project to be a All Pro player and a Olineman or some other position projected to be a solid pro well guess what throw the positional value thing out the window. Lots of teams are starting to realize this because difference makers no matter what position can't be found in free agency.

At least for now the Bills need to really understand the value of this for us. We won't get top talent offensive skill set players why #1 there not ever available in free agency #2 if they were available they won't come here unless u give them QB money. Lol.

He is what he is a JAG . Just because he's a cheap JAG that's young should that make a difference? Funchess doesn't even play big I've never seen him high pt anything on NFL level other then 1 time. I rather give someone else a chance because although this jag saves us money he takes someone else off the field that can develop more . We don't need JAGs we need potential difference makers that offer different skill sets. Although Funchess is big in size he doesn't play like it so no thanks. I love Za'Darius he plays a physical gm like his hair on fire he's very twitchy and gets to the QB . I wonder if he can play the Lorex role in this defense

Let the NBA have those problems with not having the franchise tag. It's ruining there sport because u got players joining forces and creating superteams. I believe they should just add another tag for 1 first rd pk in compensation. U will see tons of teams using this tag . But for a small market franchise like the Bills I love the franchise tag. God forbid Allen becomes a beast and because there's no tag he just walks away from the team that developed him so some big market team can reap the benefits. We are already playing in a uneven playing field let's not let this sport become like the NBA where u got Shaq , Tracy McGrady and Penny walking out the door as soon as they get a chance.

I know some here will be critical of a signing like Landon Collins but I beg to differ #1 Signing Collins will give Mcd the chess piece he needs a Rover LB/SS like Collins would be flat of weapon for Mcd. #2 The flexibility of both Hyde and Poyer will make this work. Poyer was a corner in college and has shown those coverage skills on the NFL level. Hyde can lineup in the slot in a pinch . #3 With these 3 guys all together on the field in a big nickel we will hardly be caught off guard by opposing teams offenses . With these guys willingness to all get dirty in the box they won't be a liability in run defense and in coverage this is where we will benefit the most. Teams like the Pat's and Saints that love the quick gm will find it a daunting task against these 3 beasts to get that quick gm going and we can put them in uncomfortable situations and that's not to mention Edmunds and Milano and Lorex in rotation at the LB spots. #4 The Blitz packages . We've already seen Mcd call timely blitzes at times and take advantage of opposing offenses with this. With Collins in the mix these blitz packages will be downright nasty.

Should the Bills just be looking to upgrade or to hit a home run that's the question. I believe there will be better players at other positions when we are on the board. As we seen so far from Beane he likes to swing for the fences.

I was looking at the players that visited with the Panthers during the draft process from 2013 to 2015 We all know McBeane loves players they know or are familiar with in some capacity. It will be interesting to go to this list once free agency starts to see who we end up with. Here's a question for everyone here feel free to answer. Are these Olineman elite prospects ? From what I hear and see there solid prospects but not elite. Taylor and Jonah are either being projected as RTs or even guards I'm not saying that's bad if u wanna fill a need but if u wanna draft the best player available at #9 it's not what u want.
