  1. Yolo delivers the news with “more insight and less incite.”
  2. So sorry to hear this—all the best to his family 🙏🏻.
  3. Somebody’s gotta push that Dunder Mifflin “limitless paper for a paperless world” 😆
  4. Don’t do it Beane! 😉
  5. I'm not disagreeing with a call like that in certain situations. It just felt like Daboll sometimes called keepers just for the sake of calling them, as opposed to a situational context. Will be curious to see how Dorsey chooses to continue to emphasize them or not. Again, it's not about Josh running. He does it better than just about any other QB out there, especially on broken plays. It's about picking your spots to utilize a weapon like that--a weapon we need to protect at all costs. https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/buccaneers/josh-allen-injury-bucs-bruce-arians-questions-bills-usage-qb
  6. Hmmm...coincidence? McCorkle twisting ankles was also against the Panthers! https://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2021/11/8/22770479/mac-jones-dirty-play-video-twisted-ankle-brian-burns-week-10-patriots-vs-panthers
  7. ^^^Jim not being an uber fan of designed runs would place him squarely in the category of many other posters here who feel similarly. How much grief did many of us, myself included, shovel Daboll's way for constantly throwing Josh to the wolves even in situations/game circumstances where it felt forced or was flat out unnecessary? Josh is big boy, he can handle the decision making/feel for when it's best that he takes off running, invariably picking up chunk yards which we all can applaud...but the designed keepers are not normally as effective and expose Josh to more hits than he otherwise would have to take, imo. Anyway, Jim is entitled as much to his opinion as anyone else around here, actually more so than pretty much most of us armchair QB's who've never lived it in the NFL.
  8. Did a quick search and didn’t see it posted yet—optimism for this year’s Bills abounded in spades amongst the alum participants, and it’s always good to see how the familiar faces from our collective past fandoms are doing! https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/optimism-abounds-for-bills-upcoming-season-at-jim-kellys-annual-charity-golf-tournament/article_732ae920-1cd4-11ed-b2c8-036275050c5d.amp.html https://www.terryhills.com/jim-kelly-celebrity-golf-classic
  9. Flacco would all but ensure yet another lost season for our good forum friend @Jimmy Spagnola
  10. Couldn’t quite place the accent though…😆
  11. Love this—just flat out funny and cool 😎
  12. So…which one of us is going to have to start the “Caption This” thread for this? 🤔
  13. He must be talking from somewhere in the Marvel Multiverse, where his coaching is the same…but not really? 🧐🥴
  14. Not quite to OP’s point given you can’t call it a year’s worth of wow, but I remember being so pumped watching Tim Tindale come out of nowhere against the Dolphins in the ‘95 playoffs and thinking we had ourselves a CFL gem for the future, but alas, it was not to be. An article about this one when it was still our last playoff W: https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/tim-tindale-remembers-run-that-helped-in-bills-last-playoff-win/article_d832e3ef-77f5-5449-bddc-49ededc92bc0.amp.html
  15. This explains why he couldn’t help out this poor lady!
  16. Aha! Finally proof that the salary cap in NOLA exists! 🧐
  17. “Yeah, I’m smoking medicinally only”
  18. Whaddya expect with this guy handling your application??
  19. He was never a Party member if that’s what you mean. Like his father and father’s father before him, he was a career German soldier (combat engineers) who also served in the post war Bundeswehr when that was formed in the 50’s. The Americans and British thoroughly vetted him fwiw prior to being admitted to that service. He also became a US citizen in the late 70’s after emigrating here. Ironically his best friends late in life were US military veterans of his same generation—they got on famously and were dear family friends.
  20. @GunnerBill, funny how life works out sometimes—our granddads fought on opposite sides of the same war, and yet here we are part of the same awesome fanbase—am truly thankful for that being our reality now instead.
  21. Or the producer in his ear? 🧐
  22. Couldn’t agree more—whilst some are eternally “ageless” like Paul Rudd for example, others are eternally ancient like Marv and Bob Barker? 🥴 All the same, Happy Birthday!
