  1. I’ll quietly do my best “Oscar on” Kirk impression…
  2. Was still in pjs (not bills themed) instead of the Allen jersey 🤷🏼‍♂️. Have learned my lesson.
  3. Same—notification from my NFL network app. Hopefully this won’t turn into a trap game for us now, where any old scrub suddenly “hangs” in there against our depeleted D, making it way too close!
  4. Just…why? About as fun as being the not so proud owner of several home brew VHS tapes of the Super Bowls that were recorded in the hopes of getting to rewatch those games over and over. Eventually I’d put on the SBXXVII game and marvel at how great we started and then stop it right before things started going south 🥴. SB XXVIII was safe to watch until halftime even!
  5. Not to worry, whatever Kline can’t handle I’m sure Josh Norman will be right there to clean it up…just as soon as he returns back to earth from that stiff arm…
  6. I mean, a little AirTag goes a long way, amirite? 🥴
  7. Well, pretty sure that neither O will be throwing to the TE position all that much? 🤷🏼‍♂️
  8. I see your Nate and raise you Kelso’s cutting edge double helmet! Loved that dude when I was a kid. 😂
  9. I hear you—but who’s to say Von’s mentoring/tutelage of our DLine especially with Groot and AJ isn’t what maybe helped to unlock the solid contributions they’ve both been making? A lot of us were ready to see AJ go, and worried that Groot wasn’t getting up to speed fast enough—now look at them! Also, we saw what a force Von was before his injury. All that just to say I don’t blame Beane for the splash move, we needed impact on tbe Dline desperately, and he addressed that.
  10. Thanks for putting this into perspective, we all needed that. Necessary life skill when you’re a lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills…🥵
  11. The Four Falls of Buffalo 30/30 episode from ESPN also goes into exhaustive detail about the kick, it helped me to process the whole thing 🫣. An excellent documentary, imho.
  12. (Mods please merge if already a thread on this, but I couldn’t locate any initially). I received one of those automated texts today from the NFL announcing a flash sale of 50% off either of its tiered NFL + memberships—the premier one includes NFL Redzone. Anyway, in case anyone is interested: https://www.nfl.com/plus/learn-more?campaign=sp-nf-np-em-em-1308618
  13. Hopefully one week off and he’s back good to go after that—meanwhile let’s see what kind of potato salad McD can make schematically to maintain the high standard of line play we’ve seen so far, with what’s left.
  14. It will be quite a day around here once the retired coach/player memoir comes out revealing what exactly went down at that moment!
  15. Going to Europe always seemed tougher on the old circadian rhythm than coming back stateside, imho. Hope Sean knows what he’s doing with little acclimation to the TZ difference.
  16. We could do worse than a couple of HOFers, yes? 🤔
  17. Welcome to the Sammy Watkins school of lil’ jobs appreciation apology tour, Evan! Here’s that blast from the past… https://abc7news.com/sports/sammy-watkins-shouldnt-have-sent-instagram-rant/1064560/
  18. IIRC, Thurman always forced the D to respect his ability to run out of shotgun—maybe we still can get back to that with the current stable as well?
  19. On the stage compared next to Allen, yeah Tua had a “bad” day, and came up short in key spots not able to keep up—I don’t know why you think Allen will fall off a cliff next week, but I guess that’s why they have to play the games. You’re entitled to your opinion, I’m to mine, that’s part of the fun with this, right?
  20. Ummm…he’s played outstanding at the position 3/4 games played back to back to back, but by your logic wouldn’t Tua and Mahomes now also be dunzo in the category given their middling performances today? 🤷🏼‍♂️
  21. Tua still should’ve retired last year for the sake of his future brain health imho.
