  1. Ha ha I was actually thinking of this, but you brought it home, well done
  2. Just keep winning...
  3. Agreed. Show some confidence in your O to take a shot, and in your D to get a stop if need be.
  4. I wasn’t aware Tommy boy had any physical contact permitted by the refs against Miami?
  5. Availability matters, and this is troubling to say the least. Feel bad for him but he’s still getting a decent chunk of Pegula change either way, regardless of whether or not we ever see him in a Bills uni on game days
  6. In other news, Brady Buendchen was spotted at this guy’s wedding...
  7. Call me a homer all day every day, but the "aha" moment for me with Allen already came the same day my youngest was born, 9/23/18:
  8. Chalk another one up to this FO's competent (for the most part) player evaluation process!
  9. Post of the day. And thank you for bringing this back home with some sanity/clarity...now we should be able to put a lock on this overall thread?
  10. OP, this is low level trolling of Kelly, sorry, but that’s what it comes across as. You can’t question Kelly’s community engagement bona fides, his commitment to western NY, and his own personal health issues that he’s battled through which likely keep him from doing even more outreach than he already has...Hunter’s Hope, the countless donations to cancer causes, etc etc. For pete’s sake he’s just had an entire new jaw created from his leg bone—I bet that’s been a barrel of laughs needless to say. Bottom line is none of us have earned the right to post about how despite everything else he’s already done and gone through personally and on behalf of the Bills, he should’ve done even more. C’mon man!
  11. I hear there’s a heated debate elsewhere in OTW about “Eye of the Tiger” being the way to go for get up and go type muzak?
  12. I would have never known that given the pre-season hype laid at the feet of the Jets with their new 1st year QB guru (ahem, even from within these same boards) going into Week 1, just sayin'. And no matter what, it's still hard to win in the NFL regardless of who you're playing, especially on the road, and by all accounts the Jets have more "stars" on their roster than our lovable Bills. Don't discount what they've done this season to date, unless you also discount the steamroll that the Pats have been on this year so far.
  13. They also need to add a headline that goes something like, "Giants and Jets fans surprised their teams play in New Jersey"
  14. Perhaps if Peyton starts using smelling salts too, he’ll want to join me here and re-establish my genius credentials!
  15. I’m guessing the game plan features a heavy dose of Smoky Brown and Beasley this week?
  16. Chuckin’ a cantaloupe like on a cantaloupe farm, lol. Allen is the man. Carry on!
  17. Well, the words “poof” and make believe land being the operative preconditions here, then I’ll go 1990 version of Bruce Smith. Hey, 19 sacks would pair nicely with Hughes on the other side to torment Brady, imho.
  18. The new handle you chose for yourself is 1000x better, imho! It has better staying power, which is key
  19. As so many of you have said time and time again, everything takes care of itself when you just win!!
  20. A touchdown there as opposed to safety, and we are still going to talk up that 90 team as the best ever in the NFL...
  21. This should end well for the Jests, in so many multi-faceted ways. In other news, after shaving his scruff off, Gase returned to podium and dared the reporters to ask another question about all the screen plays to Bell...[EDIT: behind the line of scrimmage]
  22. For many years during the drought that must not be named, we would've been so lucky to have a QB of Eli's caliber, past few seasons excepted. Obviously his taking out the Pats 2x will doubtless stick in Hoodie/Tommy Brady's craws for years to come...that's a hill they never climbed lol. That said, the Giants should've sat Eli some time ago, as his best days were markedly well behind him.
  23. Bevis, you watched this game, yes? Eli was ineffective, to be kind. If we reduce Brady to what Eli did Sunday, it should be a great day on the boards.
  24. But none of those games have been played in 2019--a new wind of Bills competency is rustling the leaves around the CAP, and I'm not talking about AB's doctor visits either! (Check out the latest in the AB thread if you haven't heard about this one yet)
