Can I just briefly go off topic here and say that our boards here are a whole lot easier on the eyes and contain a whole lot less annoying ad pop ups along the way! It’s like every post there is followed by another ad and really messes with the readability, overall flow. But hey, that’s a Pats board, so to the admins over there, forget I said anything!

Say it ain’t so Tommy. We want to send you on your way properly next season, at the bottom of a sandwich sack while watching your fumble be returned for a cool 6...

Is Dorsey being groomed by Daboll?

My comeback is always an immediate, “well honey, what do you think about [insert impossible question topic you were asked about here]?” -
Well now I know you are a real salt of the earth type!

Lunch pail. Who uses one anymore, and yet it’s used to describe the character of every new roster build in the NFL, amirite? E.g., now the new Giants are hardscrabble just like the NYC area they represent, ROFL.

A Letter to Bills Mafia - Dion Dawkins
NoHuddleKelly12 replied to One Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What a great read—it really resonates that the locker room after Houston felt all the same emotions that we has a fan base did—and that they were flat out angry about it—this team is destined for something special, sooner than later imho. -
Ah, so in other words, infiltrate the zebras and Jedi mind trick them into seeing Bills unis every time they see Pats?

Allen slammed on ESPN
NoHuddleKelly12 replied to Giuseppe Tognarelli's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If you’re looking to engage Allen fans in conversation that doesn’t involve any stupidity, might I suggest that remarking on said fans’ intelligence is actually a sure fire way of injecting stupidity that you say you don’t want in your conversation in the first place? If we can leave personal shots at the door, I’m sure there’s plenty of substance we can actually debate like reasonable folk. Fair enough? -
AFC teams. Which are ascending. Which are descending.

Good to have you back—that was a rough one but we are Bills fans, so we are well versed in getting back up off the mat, as you’re also now demonstrating. -
Brandon Beane got emotional over fan support
NoHuddleKelly12 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Our GM is a straight up class act, and I have no doubt that the emotion he showed was the genuine, real deal. I recall him standing there in the Carolina mid-August heat/humidity, signing each and every autograph request and posing for selfies with the fans queued up long after the 2019 joint practice with the Panthers had ended and others who'd also signed were long gone. Anyone else who was there also remember that? Good guy, and competent at his job--that's a bonus combo worth rooting for! -

Finally had the time to devote to this, and overall thought it was a good movie. As others have noted upthread, it still won't dethrone GFs as the standard in the mob movie genre for me (Godfather of course is the orig. classic, but I still prefer watching Goodfellas more), but definitely don't regret the time I spent watching it. Great performance from Pesci, almost didn't know he had it in him to act with such gravitas in this role, imho.

Hire her! Then you have the power to send her straight to the windowless storage room where she can start reorganizing all of those filing cabinets while your other 2 employees catch up on their to do lists. Classic 2 birds with 1 stone sort of solution. You're welcome

10 observations after the 2019 season
NoHuddleKelly12 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thanks for the insight and well reasoned points. All in all we have much to be thankful for these days, and more so than 2/3rds of the rest of the league in a relatively short span of this regime, imho -
By this logic any QB in the league learning from their mistakes other than those named Allen, are blessed never to repeat said mistakes—and yet, the fact of the matter is that QB progression is a fluid thing, with even the all timers still capable of committing an error they learned from 10+ years ago...who was it that threw a pick 6 to end their game on wild card weekend? Just sayin’. Nobody’s perfect, you just need the good to keep outweighing the bad on a consistent basis—Allen made more good to great plays this year than bad—his decreased turnovers from last season (INT’s for example) are reminders of that.

Yes, you totally called this on draft night—I recall trying to cheer you up with Oliver memes about his horse and what not ; but turns out a true #1 WR sometimes isn’t a luxury after all...

If you called my office with this query I’d wonder if I was getting ‘punked’ and Ashton Kutcher was laughing somewhere in a control room down the hall. That said, as others have already pointed out, if the Saints similarly couldn’t get anywhere with the PI issue, neither would we with this—however, a rules clarification/tweak for NY studio review in future might be in order here, along with a formal league office apology.

Loved Belichick being Belichicked!

One can only hope that was the way he goes out at the end...although selfishly I want him to have enough ego to come back and see the same thing happen but with us...for finality’s sake and all that
