Well to be fair it's not easy to distinguish those New Jersey teams...

Ok so I cannot work around forum software as I intended. I copy paste what I just explained in OP. You can have only 20 options in one poll question. As the time went on I wanted to add players, so I had to add another question. However, in such case everyone was forced to pick a player in both questions, which was not what I intended and would skew the results. So I deleted second question. Anyway, I think that at least 3-4 next players would be in any case chosen from the original list. Therefore, I will keep the list as is for the 3-4 next players, and then I create complete new one (so voting will restart completely). Sorry for the confusion. @NewEra thanks for pointing that out. Keep on voting!

I still don't think I am competent enough to participate but if there is no one else I can take Browns with their one pick

Your guys are on the updated list folks. Also, for everybody, it is in the OP and also in 2nd question, but to make sure: Poll allows only 20 options (and we started with 20 players), so in order to add players I had to add new question. But poll obviously remains only one, so please select only one player from COMPLETE list. I am saying this because technically it is now possible to select one player from each question (and I can't do anything with that).

What's wrong with Burks? I think there are better options right now but I for one am surprised that he gets so few votes. But I do think that at the end of the day he will be voted to the board (if we get that far) sooner than some guys who have more votes now. Anyway, really interesting how the votes are spread. Yesterday we added two players to the board, hopefully we can make the same today. But there are lots of votes spread around. Thanks everyone, keep them votes coming!

I might be an outlier here...... Draft needs
No_Matter_What replied to Yantha's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not arguing with you other points but Morse's dead cap after 2022 season is 5M which I consider sizeable. It's not the end of the world but it's quite a lot. -
Ok so now we are in the territory where it gets really interesting for me. All obvious WR/CB choices are gone, and we either take players mostly perceived as better on positions with less obvious need, or might reach a little for CB/WR. Really curious how this will end up. For me its now Penning all day long. Once you have QB OL becomes single most important unit and Penning seems like a great prospect. Not taking him b/c we have Brown already seems like a weak argument to me.

Congratz on not making it to the fifth line of OP!

Bills have almost $10 million in cap space available
No_Matter_What replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall
That's wrong. Its $2M, max $2,5M. Rookies replace other guys already on the roster. Only top 2 picks make any relevant impact on cap space. But we need additional almost $2M for 52nd and 53rd member of the roster. And PS players also count, which is I guess around $3M or so. That is $7M total. Add some $3M we need for inseason changes and we have no cap at all. We can obviously create more by restructuring. -
I know that many of these guys won't be there - It is inevitable, since we are picking at 25 and I only excluded top 10 guys + maybe 2-3 QBs taken before us. But I wanted to see how our board could look like outside of those top players. Yeah I thought about Hamilton. But I didn't want to go through players who are ~100% out of our reach, and I considered Hamilton as one of those players. Yes we might trade up but then also other players (Gardner, Stingley?) might become available and I wanted to avoid them since I don't find it realistic. I didn't see Hamilton outside of top 15 in any mock and that was sort of the line I draw. As for some players possibly being much lower at our board (included in my list), that was sort of my point - to see how fans see Lloyd, Davis or Linderbaum compared to players who might be percieved as worse overall, but play on position of need. Yes. I tried to explain it in my original post but apparently I failed That's the whole point. Guy gets 20 votes, he goes on the board, anybody who voted for him can vote again. Point is to put players who could be possible available for our pick 25 in order.

Right now I don't think we can conclude that they don't get enough respect. We only know that people want Garrett Wilson, Jameson Williams and probably Andrew Booth more. It is still very likely that at least Lloyd will be in top 10-12 on this board, which means we (if fans were Beane) take him at 25. We'll see. That was one of the reasons I started this, to see how people here value these prospects relatively to "lesser" prospects on more valuable positions or positions of bigger need.
