Sorry didn't want to be rude, I should choose words more carefully. I just meant that it really seemed to me that you were saying that you find something what is actually very common (cutting a player recently signed) to be improbable. You also wrote that he "signed a 1 year deal" in the way like it meant something, while it is just a basic way how to put any guy on the roster. You also said you don't know about cap ramifications - it is very easy to find out if you care about cap space and there are none. So to me it sounded you don't know very much about how the roster things work. I apologize if I was wrong a/or rude. As for the cutting Bryant, I agree with basically everything what @Beck Water said in this thread. I'd just add that I didn't realize that cutting Cam Lewis is also an option when White comes back. So its Bryant, Lewis or Hodgins imo. And if it is not Bryant, it is definitely not due to the reasons you stated.

Well I know he is not on the PS, that's why he is a cut candidate Not sure how long you have been following this but this happens all the time. We have a roster spot so we sign a guy, in this case Bryant. Now an All-pro CB comes back from IR, so we cut somebody from the bottom of hte roster. That happens to be Bryant. I'd be shocked if it was anybody else than him or Hodgins, and since we have another WR on IR, and Bryant is 10th DL and won't even dress unless somebody is injured, he is most likely candidate. It doesn't matter that he was signed recently. Edit: It has no cap ramifications. He has no guaranteed money.

[Name Only Title] Kareem Hunt ??????????????????
No_Matter_What replied to Paul Costa's topic in The Stadium Wall
Please no. I want to like our players, and he doesn't fit. -
Not necessarily, Kumerow was on the 53 roster all the time, so no need to cut Hodgins because of him. But if Tre returns someone need to go, that someone might be Hodgins or Bryant. My money is on Bryant, since Crowder is on IR.

Just a technical note @corta765, Seahawks are 4-3.

Jets also lose Alijah Vera-Tucker - Out for the season

This really sucks. For him, and for Jets. That's how NFL works but it still sucks. -
Week 8: SNF Packers at Bills (-10.5) 10/30 8:20pm

It is not really important, but Green Bay remains one of the few (6) teams that were not beaten by Bills in the Josh Allen era. Let's make it only 5 on Sunday! -
Any Realistic Guard Available at Trade Deadline?
No_Matter_What replied to Wizard's topic in The Stadium Wall
Comments like this would have value if you listed all your draft choices. Maybe this team is much better than your alternative one because Beane drafted Rousseau, Knox, Davis, Benford and many other players instead of those you were suggesting. It works both ways, but you are cherrypicking his percieved misses to prove your point. -
Trade Deadline (Nov 1) Bills Rumors / Speculation

Ha I see you tagged me for disagreeing:) It's midnight where I am and I am on cellphone. I'll respond tomorrow, but more likely than not we will need to agree to disagree. -

Haha not sure how serious you are but "never won" and "streak" are quite a funny way to describe his history at OP. He played grand total of ONE game in Buffalo in his career 8 years ago. On the other hand, Bills have never lost to Packers at home, winning all 6 games. Let that streak continue. -
Khalil Shakir is just warming up..

When you put him on ignore you don't even know that he exists. I don't understand why people don't use that feature more. It really helps. -
All-22 Grades for Bills/Chiefs (The Athletic)
No_Matter_What replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Have you seen this video I posted in other thread? They explain Milano a bit from 50:45. They are basically saying that the main reason for his low grade is that gave up 6 catches on 6 targets to 70+ yards and that 4 of those catches were for the first down, and that he missed 3 missed tackles. FWIW, PFR also says he missed 3 tackles but makes him responsible only for 3 catches on 3 targets. I'd love to know which catches both sites considers as Milano's. It is a shame that PFF doesn't show them in this video. -

Sry for a stupid question, but Bills are completely off this week? No practices? -
Writing a more clear thread title perhaps? Something like "Adding a RB to compliment Singletary" would be a good start.

There is a thread on this already. Like I said there, that is not for signing anybody. They needed to do that just to survive 2022 season cap wise. That obviously doesn't mean that OBJ to Chiefs is excluded.

PFF grades from KC...(for what they're worth)
No_Matter_What replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
First of all thank for all your reasonable posts on this topic. I understand that PFF is far for ideal but the manner and scope in which people are bashing them because they don't like their grading re specific players is ridiculous imo. Anyway, to follow up on your link, here is the video where PFF is actually commenting on Milano grade. Milano is from 50:45. They go futher than PFR and they are saying that he gave up 6 catches on 6 targets to 70+ yards and that 4 of those catches were for the first down. They also confirmed PFR's 3 missed tackles (one of which was that brutal one in the first half next to sideline which is discussed in this thread). Now I would really like to know if they are right. Unfortunately I don't have time to rewatch again and find those 6 targets. It is a shame that they don't show them in the video, that would increase their credibility in my eyes. But if that is the truth, I can understand the low grade, since you can't judge a players game based on the highlight plays only. However, in that case, I also think that grading is flawed if every snap has the same value, so that half "bad snaps" and half great snaps including some game-changing plays can result in 42 or something grade. -
I'd be shocked and frankly quite disappointed if Beane traded out our 1st rounder or 2nd rounder for a RB, no matter how good. Not to mention an injury prone RB. He'd be an instant upgrade, but that's not the way to build the team which wants a long term success.

Maybe he has, but being this unhappy this early in the season raises a huge red flag imo.

Will this be the year Josh Allen joins the 5000 club?
No_Matter_What replied to Lost's topic in The Stadium Wall
Looking back this is really crazy. Not only he didn't have 300 yard game in the first two seasons, he didn't even get close - his best game was 266y. For me, yes. But there is an easy solution to this - reach 5000 in the first 16 games. -
You guys are way too dramatic about this. Most likely this was a must for them to just survive the season cap wise. Sportrac has them 300k over the cap. Official NFLPA source has them only 450k under the cap. They just have a very tight cap situation. Every elevation for game day costs cap space. Every player signed instead of injured player costs caps space. So most likely they just needed to convert something just to be able to fit under cap this season.
