  1. What I find interesting is that we have 6 linemen on field in this play and none of them is called Von Miller It's Rousseau, Bryant, Jones, Emili, Settle and Lawson if I see correctly. I know that Miller is here mainly for his passrush ability and we want to limit his snaps but afaik he is also solid run defender and the game is on line here. I am not criticizing this decision just find it interesting.
  2. I am afraid that we won't see White at least until after bye, but it will be really interesting to watch what happens on the other side when he comes back. Will it be Elam or Jackson? My guess is Elam.
  3. Out of curiosity, which head coaches in the league you "trust"? Name 5 or so please. Edit: Also pls name couple of teams in last couple of years which were playing up to ehat they were capable of week in and week out. I'd love to know what your expectations are.
  4. No matter how much they "get on track" you seems to be the type of poster who will be "concerned" with just about any game.
  5. I am curious if they sign Justin Zimmer sometimes soon, or what happens with him. Based on his play last year he surely deserves at least PS spot somewhere if not roster spot once healthy. And there was some talk about him being healthy last week if I recall correctly.
  6. Good catch and bump Updated after Ravens game. Still 6 to go overall or 7 if we talk regular season wins.
  7. I love love Poyer but I still think he won't be a Bill in 2023. I just don't see the cap space. We are already couple of millions short in 2023 with just 36 players singed and no obvious cap saving cuts. We will have to extend/restructure a ton even without Poyer extension and I am pretty sure Beane will be careful with a hole he is willing to dig. That being said, if he decides to somehow make it work on reasonable terms, I don't blame him. But he needs to start making very hard decisions imo.
  8. We had lot of luck when it came to injuries last year, even though people here were heavily arguing otherwise. Not so much this year. We need to fight through it nd get/be healthy as much as possible in the playoffs. As for Crowder, something like this was expected after news about him yesterday. Hopefully McKenzie will be good to go. Either way, let Davis sit, call Hodgins and Austin from PS, let Shakir, Knox and RBs play a lot vs Steelers, and get healthy for Chiefs. And no I am not looking past Steelers, but Davis needs some rest.
  9. Did Harbaugh says that this time he used analytics? Anyway, two comments from my side. 1. If analytics says go for it, you go for it. Math is always right. The only problem is the data you put into it. 2. I really don't get why he is getting so heavily criticized. Even if we don't care what math says (I have no idea in this case), to me it seems like quite an easy decision to go for it. If you get it, you force Allen to march complete field which is twice as hard than to get just a FG. And if you don't, you force Bills to start at their own 2 with no running game. Decision to go for it wasn't a problem. Lamar just needs to do better than throw an INT. That was the real killer.
  10. I fully agree with your overall point about this defense and adjustment. But I would argue a little about this game - I think the defense was almost as good in the first half, it just didn't look like that due to the score. But they allowed almost the same yardage (140 vs 129), the only difference was starting position (4y for TD 1st drive after INT, 12y for FG after fumble) and different result of long drive - we gave up 15 plays, 81 yards TD with three 3rd down coversions in the 1st half, and made a huge goal line stand after giving up 14 plays, 93 yards and two 3 and longs in the drive in the the second half. So I'd say the defense was almost equally great in the first half, it just didn't look that good due to starting position and maybe one or two extra plays made by Milano/Poyer.
  11. Or at least it is very close call either way. Lots of hindsight warriors everywhere. Nate was funny with his criticism that analytics may say something but he was oldschool and he likes to go by gut. Well what if Harbaugh didn't care about analytics too and his heart told him to go for it?
  12. I am pretty sure we will be "unprepared" again if Steelers somehow score on their first drive and we make a drop or two. It was 2nd and 2 but don't let the facts derail you.
  13. All people saying team was unprepared after one random INT, one random fumble, coupe of drops and one long drive by Ravens (which our defense always allows at the beginning before adjusting) should be ashamed. Go Bills.
  14. Did he just go intentionally down?
  15. Lol Poyer really knows where to stand
  16. I think he knew he had to do it, otherwise they would be toast.
  17. This is a moot point. People just love to overreact in GDT. We have one unlucky INT, one random fumble, couple of drops and one standard long drive a game which our defense always allows at the beginning before adjusting and people will scream how unprepared this team is. Lol
  18. Even if he's short we got this. What is 1 yard for us
  19. Khalil! Hope to see many of these next decade.
  20. Is it me or OL really stepped up these last couple of drives?
  21. We never stop 3&long.... oh wait
