  1. I thought that taking 3 days off from this board will spare me from most overreactions. I guess I was wrong. We lost ONE GAME where Josh made like 3 boneheaded decisions and bailed out of pocket little too early couple times. Sky is not falling.
  2. I didn't rewatch the game but going from my memory I disagree. To me he seemed just fine until he started to go deep from no reason at all, other than being bored as someone suggested. At some point, he was 17/21 or so and short game was working. From some reason he started pushing it deep later in the game but he was prepared. He just decided not to get what he was given. Hopefully he learned a lesson (again). My general comment (not directed to you) is that people still overreact way too much. He had a bad game from the mental point of view. He has them more often than we like. But he is still the man and I am fairly confident that he will show it later in the season. This rough start might be actually a goos thing.
  3. I am good with this. Either Josh gets it together right now and helps us win this game despite his earlier boneheaded plays, or he hits the rock bottom W1 and can go only up from here.
  4. Why are we running to the left against QW?
  5. Funny how nobody mentions how our 3&long defense sucks when it doesn't
  6. Matt Milano. Pay that man his money. Oh wait
  7. C'mon guys what are you seeing? He was clearly behind the LOS!
  8. Shouldn't we just decline it? EDIT: Oh we did
  9. Friendly reminder - our defense always looks bad first drive.
  10. This all doesn't make any sense to me. Why did we drafted him if he doesn't fit, how is it possible that we are not able to fit him when he is on the team, why he wasn't playing more last year (I thought he was pretty good) and how can he be CB4 right now. It's just weird.
  11. Staley is such a moron. Shotgun on 3&5? They should've run twice with 1 second on the playclock.
  12. Is it me or is Watson really like 3 yards off on every single throw?
  13. Hmm I think it is little too early to say this. First of all it was Week 1, and we all know it doesn't mean much in the second half of the season. Also, KC was without Jones and Kelce and Lions still needed huge drops by Toney to win (although I can see a counterargument that those drops were nothing against what was Taylor allowed to do whole game). Anyway, great win for the Lions. They deserve a good team and some good seasons.
  14. Agree with both of you, just one technical note - you are assuming Sportrac is correct with its expectation of cap to be $240M. There are other estimates on google, ranging from $250M to $256M, so situation might be actually a little (or significantly) better. Oh and technically we have 3 DEs under contract - Jonathan being the 3rd. I think we use him as DE more than DT.
  15. @GunnerBill and others - did you get an email from DAZN today? Some great news for everybody I guess: - Coaches film (All-22) added - US commercials and half-time shows - 1080p - more devices, including PS5, Samsung, Sony and, which is what I wanted - Chromecast Seems like they are listening to the customers. Now the question remains if I can watch DAZN without any additional tricks when I leave my country.
  16. Are you sure you can come up with a half dozen reasons why Cards can beat the Bills?
  17. I don't think bolded is correct. All those cap hits are already accunted for. I think he needs to create maybe $2M more for some small in season moves, when someone goes for short term IR and is replaced on the roster etc.
  18. This is NOT a wiggle room. This had to be done in order to get under that cap. As far as I remember today is the deadline when 53man roster and PS players kick in. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/cap/ We were $1.5 under the cap (top 51), which means $80k (aka zero) under the cap for 53man roster. After that, we need to fit PS players under the cap, which is another $4.2M. So this just makes room for PS players.
  19. 12-5 or better. And we will win 2 out of 3 on road vs Chiefs, Eagles and Bengals. I just hope that we finally will be healthy and lucky at the same time when playoff comes.
  20. Anybody has a clue why don't we do the same with TE Zach Davidson? He seems to be blocking §500k in the cap space, per Sportrac.
  21. So we are about §1M under the cap with 53 man roster right now, and it means we are about $4.5M over once Ferguson, Ifedi and PS players are accounted for. Since we also need soom room when season starts, I'd say we need to clear $6-7M within next week. Beane has some work to do
