  1. Not that it matters but I don't like granting these awards based solely on stats. Yes Ingram played very good game and had 2 interceptions which is awesome, but to my eye he wasn't even best Bills defender in that game. At least Oliver and Benford were much better, even if it doesn't show on the stat sheet. But these awards are completely irrelevant anyway so who cares
  2. To be fair he'd say the same about Josh
  3. Too soon to judge. I think Darnold will get back to his usual self soon and they can easily end up 5-12 or so.
  4. Until they play us.
  5. Well he was, sort of
  6. @YoloinOhio
  7. Thanks for this. Btw, I rewatched most of the game and read FinHeaven GDT at the same time. They claimed that this was illegal pick play. Anybody can comment on that? I don't know exact rules but Hollins does seem to quite intentionally interfere with Long.
  8. I think Dolphins are just purposely trying to ruin Josh's MVP chances.
  9. And just like that Von earned $1M.
  10. Ingram on pace for 25 interceptions.
  11. I think we played this drive (almost) perfectly, except for that random Tua scramble for the 1st down.
  12. @YoloinOhio starting threads? What is this, 2022?
  13. Problem is that this is not true, like at all. Check some posts before you, or go to overthecap. His dead cap in 2026 will be $16.6M, not $3.8M. And that is before inevitable restructures. I'd say he is not cuttable next 4 years (or is cuttable similar to how Diggs was).
  14. Yeah but even if we cut him after those 2 years (in fact after 3 years, since he was on his rookie contract) after 2026 season, he has a dead cap of $12M. That is NOT an easy or an early out. Like I said I hope this works out but it doesn't seem like a team friendly deal. There are lot of risks involved. Let's hope it works out this time.
  15. We can't. In 2026 his dead cap is §16,6M and that is without any restructures which are usually necessary. In 2027 it is §12,1M but it will surely go up. He needs to perform, then it might be a good deal.
  16. Just came to post it. It is also on Sportrac: https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/72474/spencer-brown It is confusing to me since those dead cap numbers in 2026-2028 can't be true, right? If there is prorated option bonus §3,2M per year then dead cap in 2026 has to be north of §10M. Or maybe they are showing prorated option bonus but not showing its dead cap implications. Hopefully somebody smarter can enlighten me. EDIT: Ok https://overthecap.com/player/spencer-brown/9557 has it too and it is exactly what I am talking about above. I am really not sure I like it. $18M per is quite a lot after one year of good production and he basically can't be cut without heavy consequences until 2028. Let's hope he performs, but I am not a fan (and I like him as a player and yes I want to protect Josh).
  17. 13/y would be fantastic. I am hoping for 15, expecting 16-18 and afraid it could be more. But hopefully you are right and it is around 13.
  18. Apparently not, and it is really strange.
  19. I just saw this elsewhere and came to post it. Brutal.
  20. Nice job @gonzo1105. I would start the same thread later. I am happy you did it since now I have same results with much less effort If I may suggest I would include players taken before Coleman. Maybe he outperforms Thomas or even top 3 and it would be a shame not to see it. Adding teams is a must and I'd also add at least game played for some context. Thanks a lot!
