  1. I think we played this drive (almost) perfectly, except for that random Tua scramble for the 1st down.
  2. @YoloinOhio starting threads? What is this, 2022?
  3. Problem is that this is not true, like at all. Check some posts before you, or go to overthecap. His dead cap in 2026 will be $16.6M, not $3.8M. And that is before inevitable restructures. I'd say he is not cuttable next 4 years (or is cuttable similar to how Diggs was).
  4. Yeah but even if we cut him after those 2 years (in fact after 3 years, since he was on his rookie contract) after 2026 season, he has a dead cap of $12M. That is NOT an easy or an early out. Like I said I hope this works out but it doesn't seem like a team friendly deal. There are lot of risks involved. Let's hope it works out this time.
  5. We can't. In 2026 his dead cap is §16,6M and that is without any restructures which are usually necessary. In 2027 it is §12,1M but it will surely go up. He needs to perform, then it might be a good deal.
  6. Just came to post it. It is also on Sportrac: https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/player/_/id/72474/spencer-brown It is confusing to me since those dead cap numbers in 2026-2028 can't be true, right? If there is prorated option bonus §3,2M per year then dead cap in 2026 has to be north of §10M. Or maybe they are showing prorated option bonus but not showing its dead cap implications. Hopefully somebody smarter can enlighten me. EDIT: Ok https://overthecap.com/player/spencer-brown/9557 has it too and it is exactly what I am talking about above. I am really not sure I like it. $18M per is quite a lot after one year of good production and he basically can't be cut without heavy consequences until 2028. Let's hope he performs, but I am not a fan (and I like him as a player and yes I want to protect Josh).
  7. 13/y would be fantastic. I am hoping for 15, expecting 16-18 and afraid it could be more. But hopefully you are right and it is around 13.
  8. Apparently not, and it is really strange.
  9. I just saw this elsewhere and came to post it. Brutal.
  10. Nice job @gonzo1105. I would start the same thread later. I am happy you did it since now I have same results with much less effort If I may suggest I would include players taken before Coleman. Maybe he outperforms Thomas or even top 3 and it would be a shame not to see it. Adding teams is a must and I'd also add at least game played for some context. Thanks a lot!
  11. Well Virgil, that one one pessimistic reading overall. I like these but this one feels weird to me. EDIT: Just to clarify, for example your comment re Groot is really strange. Guy gets 3 sacks and your main idea is that it is a bad thing since now we have to pay him? I dunno man Anyway, as for the rotation, here are the snap counts. I wouldn't call this "damn rotation" Oliver 50, Jones 45, Johnson 13, Carter 7 Rousseau 48, Epenesa 38, Miller 29, Toohill 11
  12. I am not sure if there is a free site where you can easily see snap counts for each game, but since there was just one game so far, it is easy to use PFR. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/buf/2024-snap-counts.htm Interesting offensive snap counts (62 snaps): Kincaid 52, Knox 36, Morris 6, Gilliam 4 Coleman 45, Hollins 36, Shakir 33, Samuel 17, MVS 13 Cook 38, Ty Johnson 12, Davis 6 Interesting defensive snap counts (61 snaps): Oliver 50, Jones 45, Johnson 13, Carter 7 Rousseau 48, Epenesa 38, Miller 29, Toohill 11 D. Williams 52, Ingram 11 On offense, Coleman played 73% of snaps, by far most of all WRs. So much for the depth chart lol. Interesting that Shakir only slightly over 50% and Samuel only 17 snaps. I'd like to know if he was on limited snap count because of that toe. Ray Davis 6 snaps only, I'd say he can go only one way from here on On defense, Oliver played 82% of snaps. There were only 3 games last year where he played more. I don't remember seeing Carter on the field, and this is why - he only played 7 snaps.
  13. After beating the Cards today, Josh has beaten 30 teams. So only Eagles remain. We are scheduled to meet them in 2027. We might play them in 2025 if they manage to end up at the same spot at their division as Bills.
  14. At the end of first Cards drive just before TD on 2nd anf goal he caused Murray to run OOB with no gain, and thez credited him with sack.
  15. Yeah and Kincaid on pace for 17
  16. Since you are not the first one stating this I'd like to say this is not true. It happened 1:03 to go. If Harrison scored, we'd have something like 55 seconds with 2 TO to go. I know Bass isn't exactly Justin Tucker in his prime but it was far from game winner. We have Josh.
  17. Yeah I edited my post already. I rewatched the end, and you are right, Ingram was there over Lewis. I'll just add that on 3rd down last drive it was still Lewis. Ingram cam just for the last snap.
  18. Ok I checked it. Benford was there the whole time. Ingram was on the field instead of Lewis. Lewis played whole drive until the last play. Interesting.
  19. I don't think he was there as a 6th back. Bernard, Williams and Lewis were there for sure, and I think complete DL as well. Benford wasn't on the field imo. I'll check it.
