I touched this in GTD. How do you see things now? I love playing with sportrac and you are exactly right starting next year. We have like 14M cap space right now and need to sign 17 or so players. To do so even for 1-2M contracts we need couple of restructures/cuts and it will be really tough to keep/gain players for 5-7M/season. Klein seems like top cut candidate (followed by Beasley, Star and maybe Morse/Williams/Feliciano, though I'd hate to cut OL unless we can somehow get better guys). But he really seems like great player for a backup which makes it quite a tough decision.

Well the thing is that his points don't matter if the subject is "Poor roster decisions..."

Yolo do you have any idea if Webb is on regular roster now? And we have one open roster spot, right?

I have also a tidbit for next year... Draft IOL (or couple of them), CB and WR early and don't even think about RBs unless value is too high to pass.

I know that in theory 4th loss on Raiders may be more important from PO perspective but I don't care I want Chiefs to lose every game.

Definitely looks like it, but its not over yet. They have some history losing with weaker opponents. Like Texans next week...

Yeah which makes it really difficult for Beane next year. He looks like a prime cap casualty candidate but if he plays like this it will be really hard to cut him.

Agreed. If we start bad/slow or if the game is close GDT will be insufferable.

@YoloinOhio or anybody else who keeps track - so right now from original roster: IR - Feliciano, Zimmer + covid list - Trubisky, Kumerow, Star (5 total) New on roster - OL Douglas, CB Lewis, DT Bryant (3 total, or maybe 4 with QB Webb) Is Davis Webb elevated only or regular roster member now? Since we have 4 inactives only I guess Webb should be on roster, and Sportrac thinks the same, but I don't remember seeing it. Is anybody else elevated this week? And we have 1 roster spot open, right?

How can Bledsoe have 2,500 passing yards in 2002 and still not be in top 3 in total yards when Kelly is there with 2,285? Did he have more than 220 negative rushing yards? Seems wrong. Also Allen's 2020 season data are obviously wrong - he has 4,977 passing yards and total yards. Not only players had a rough week I guess...

I didn't see the game so far but I find it really funny that there is already a thread at finheaven about making playoffs if they win out... I guess that all fanbases are pretty similar at the end of the day

I think this is very realistic scenario and I would be fine with that. We can't expect all problems to instantly disappear, and there is no need to be perfect in November. We just need to keep (start) winning right now.
