  1. This is so crazy!!!! How do people like you actually exist???? I could be the guy on the roster, I could make that play! Literally anything can happen. To extrapolate as far as you do is crazy town.
  2. On McCoy: (1) McCoy is the lead back (2) Its a different situation. McCoy lost snaps after a trade; it is entirely different if you are demoted within the building (3) McDermott is in the locker room, you are not. (4) You are literally the first person I have heard suggest it was a mistake. This is a wild take. (5) McCoy is not a change of pace back. He replicates Singletary. Gore is a bruiser. On Williams: (1) He doesn't get seperation, and with Josh being as cautious as he has been there is zero reason to think that he will throw to the guy with a DB draped over him. (2) DiMarco is the special teams captain. Williams doesn't play special teams. (3) All of that aside, would have made a difference? Maybe. There isn't any evidence to suggest it would, but sure, anything is possible. Point is: at the end of the day suggesting McDermotts handling of the roster cost this team two games is a silly comment, which I, for the life of me, cannot understand why or how you are still defending.
  3. LeSean wasn't let go to make room for Yeldon. He was cut because he is a feature back and we wanted to give the reps to Singletary. Coaching is about managing personalities. You take a guy like McCoy and give him 5 carries a game and you are creating a toxic influence in the locker room. Williams is big, that is true, but nothing about his performance is game changing. McDermott has done lots wrong. But to say that he is "intractable," without an ounce of evidence (and I am not exaggerating when I say no evidence), and say that it has cost us at least two games, is nothing short of belligerently ignorant.
  4. You are being super condescending as if you have just dropped this knowledge bomb that makes your original claim abundantly obvious. Not only have you not done that, your claim is laughably untrue. Not having an extra 4th string RB did not cost us the Pats game. Nor did not playing a street free agent WR. I think suggesting that to any serious person/coach/analysts would get you laughed out of the room.
  5. Annnnnd how does this correlate to two losses?????
  6. This response doesn't make sense...Its not a red herring, and you are using a single play to establish he does, in fact, consistently get open, which he does not.
  7. I'm sorry, what? I mean, what?
  8. In today's NFL, this comment is the equivalent of, sure, Aaron Rodgers can throw it all over the field, but he just doesn't hand it off to the RB cleanly enough.
  9. I am talking about the previous time the Bills ran that play, when Beasley did not get open and Josh took a sack. Wasn't one of Judon's sacks against Knox?
  10. They ran the same play earlier. Josh was sacked waiting for Beasley to get open. Brown was wide open. This time Josh went to Brown, it just didn't work out.
  11. I tend to think they are a bit over rated. They haven't exactly shut down any world beaters on offense. Maybe the Rams, but that offense is no where near where it was last year. That isn't to say they are bad, or that we won't have trouble putting up points (we will), but their offense is in way more trouble than ours.
  12. This is not the place for that opinion. My writing has to be perfect all day, everyday at work. I come here to not worry about that stuff. I throw around typos like it is my job.
  13. I do not know what the old rules are, bu the current Rule 17(2)(1) states: "The Commissioner has the sole authority to investigate and take appropriate disciplinary and/or corrective measures if any club action, non-participant interference, or calamity occurs in an NFL game which the Commissioner deems so extraordinarily unfair or outside the accepted tactics encountered in professional football that such action has a major effect on the result of the game." There is no ambiguity. Nobody is under the impression this is permissible.
  14. He is making a hilariously terrible argument as well
  15. Are we watching the same play? Are you talking about the option shovel pass TD? I ask because I misremembered where Edmunds was on that play initially. However, I just went back and watched again. It looks like he was in the A-gap defending the RB. He wasn't anywhere near the TE or Jackson.
  16. I'm not sure what he is supposed to do there. If he doesn't play Jackson, he just walks in for a TD. It seems the safety is supposed to have the TE in converge there. Its just a really well designed play.
  17. I keep using the word beautiful to describe it. I've just never seen anything like it. It is a beautiful chaos. Good to keep receipts on guys like him. Total hypocrite.
  18. I'll tell you what, explain to me how you justify criticizing the front office's previous misses, but call their successes "luck." Tell me how that is not bad faith.
  19. Sorry, man, that ship has sailed with you. You live in a fantasy land. You simply are not to be taken seriously, especially for the exact example I cited above.
  20. SoTier is a joke. He will be the first to criticize moves that don't work out, but when they do it is the product of "luck." I'm all about investing in the O-Line. WR, good or bad, barely matter. Its the O-Line that makes tangible play in and play out impact.
  21. I honestly turn the volume off when I watch the game.
  22. This. Is. The. Real. Story. If I knew how to add hadn't clapping emojis I would have. Thats how much I mean it. But really, I'm wayyyy more annoyed they would go away from the white face masks.
