My only hope at this point is that Travis either does well with Tenny for 5+ years, so that later in life when he completely screws up something and goes to jail, they won't say the 2nd former Buffalo Bill who cut his wifes head off...... Of course college is different then the NFL and it is probably a more accurrate evaluation to do YPG as a lot of guys leave after 2-3 years. Lewis, Garner, Johnnie Jones, Cobb, and Stewart are probably all ahead of him in that category. You are correct in saying he has the most yards rushing for Tenneessee, but that isn't saying anything. I believe Eric Zeier has a lot of SEC records over Payton Manning. Are you telling me Zeier was a better QB even at that level than Manning?

Joe, the only advice I can give is this. If she doesn't stand up and be a witness, how is she and you going to feel if he walks and then is found later with a raped and murdered little girl. All because you didn't want to put him away earlier. Just remember that maybe harder to live with then actually feeling a little danger until he goes to trial.

It's almost like a try and buy. Since NFL contracts are not guarenteed. If last years performance and his precancerous type attitude continue, they can cut bait and draft/sign someone else, and they are only out this years contract. If he is a good boy, and plays like a proper teammate and not tripping on yard markers he will see some of the extension. Either way it is a win-win for Tenny, other than the draft pick we got. Tenny gets a cheap extension if he does well otherwise he is gone and no further cap hit on their part. For Travis it really is lose-lose. If he does poorly he is probably done and will see no more money from the NFL. If he does well he gets an undervalued contract that is really year to year and he will have to perform at a high level during at least the first 2 years or see the end of his career with relatively little money in the bank.
