Josh just looks and sounds so depressed right now. I'd love to know what the hell is going on behind the scenes. His whole body language and vocal tone sounds defeated

I did laugh when he was talking about the Jags game back when he was in London. He mentioned at least 78 times (with such delight I'm certain he had an er*ction) that he was travelling on the same plane as the team and coaches. I can just picture McDermott trying to get some sleep and losing the will to live as Sal launches into another story of his time coaching high school football

Sal is desperate to be liked by McDermott and the rest of the Bills brass. It's always funny hearing him talk about McD by calling him Sean constantly rather than coach. You can hear his voice crack a little when he talks about Sean. I think Sal would melt into the carpet if Sean asked him over for Thanksgiving Day dinner. He'd sit there holding the wishbone, looking at Sean and Sean's wife and Sean's kids, thinking "my wish has already come true". Then he'd remember he has a family of his own but can no longer remember their names

I'm expecting little change to the offense and just hope I'm wrong and it gets a lot better.
