I'm busy on Valentine's so I'll probably pencil in Super Sunday for my yearly wrestle with the wife. I guess it's more fun than seeing endless shots of Mahomes whining, Kelce smirking and Swift, erm, swifting

I have an intense dislike of Mac Jones. Not just because he's a Patriot. I just hate him, which is weird because I usually only hate players who are actually good (i.e. Brady). I think it's a combination of his constant cheap shooting and his face. I mean just look at him. He looks like the kind of man who would kick a homeless person just for the hell of it

I also thought Olson has been good this year. I actually don't hate the idea of hearing Brady in the booth. He obviously has incredible knowledge and it'll be interesting to hear his perspective. I just hope a drunk Bills fan manages to throw a d*ldo at the booth when he's calling one of our games

People keep talking about Mahomes. To me it's more Andy Reid. Now I know Reid didn't win a SB before Mahomes but he nearly won one with Donovan ***** McNabb and also went to about a 1000 championship games. IMO that team will be favorites every year until Reid retires. The way he makes adjustments with whatever offensive personnel is at his disposal is just incredible (and look at how Mahomes was playing before those changes kicked in - he was forcing balls, trying to do too much, basically trying to play like Allen but wasn't as good at doing that). Reid uses his pieces on offense the same way Belichick used whatever pieces he was dealt with on defense. The Pats often started badly but as his changes took root they'd gradually round into form. There's rumours that Reid will retire if they win this SB, I'm not convinced but if he does I can honestly say I'm no longer fearful of KC. They'll always be good with Mahomes but once Reid is gone they stop being scary

Holy crap, Lions are 3 quarters away from the Super Bowl. Just incredible. I remember when Campbell was hired and did his presser about eating knee caps and I thought "just another meathead coach like Mike Tice". The job he's done with the front office building that team is incredible. If they win this I'd love it so much if they beat KC, even though I can't see it

With Tucker on their team and the D holding the Chiefs scoreless, Baltimore could have played it a bit smarter and won this just by getting in FG range a few times

Ravens basically need a huge turnover returned for a TD or giving them great field position. They need a huge swing in momentum because right now they don't look like they have the belief.

Well the one thing Burrow has over Lamar and Josh as well if we're being really honest is that absolute ice cold attitude which really helps when you're playing the Chiefs in the playoffs. He actually rivals Mahomes for that cocksure coolness, whereas I think josh struggles with confidence in himself sometimes
