  1. Geeky fact. This image is shown for a split second during Seven when Morgan Freeman is researching in the library, foreshadowing Paltrow getting her head chopped off.
  2. That thought did genuinely cross my mind but I was saving it for the season
  3. How long into game 1 or 2 before posters in the game thread start calling for McD to take over the play calls? I'm guessing first half of the Dolphins game
  4. A Virgil is just what this team was missing. He can carry Josh's 250 million dollar belt as he walks to the field.
  5. The only knock on Josh that I think is fair is the criticism of his genuine boneheaded ints. The ints in general I don't give a ***** about because if he doesn't make the throws that leads to those then he stops making such spectacular plays that lead to points. But some of his ints, just a few each year, are the genuine insane throws when you cannot even begin to defend them. The one that springs to mind the most is that one into the end zone against the Jets on opening day last season. That was just a reckless throw that never stood a chance, and his mistakes in that game are what led to the loss. Like we could have handed it off most of the night and the Jets were never going to win. He got carried away with it being Monday night football, opening week of the year. I'd also say he gets too down when he's having a bad game. A guy like Burrow doesn't seem as affected by it, but Josh looks borderline suicidal on the sidelines and in the presser after. I'd like to see him shake himself out of those funks when things are going badly, if he improved that part of the mental game he'd be unstoppable IMO
  6. This whole list was thought up to get some extra click bait before the season. The fact that Bryce Young is down as one of the most underrated QBs says it all. The guy was a rookie who did nothing. How does that make him underrated?
  7. Jesus. He looked about 45. Amazing how relatively young people look old when you look back at old footage, even though you're getting old yourself but still think you're young when you look in the mirror.
  8. I agree. I said a few years ago when they did the NFL All Time 100 team or whatever it was called, I really liked him as a guest on that. The thing with Belichick is, as much as I loathed him when he was coaching, and as miserable as he was in pressers, he was mainly miserable because of the stupid questions. When he gets asked an actual question about football or football history he can talk about the most obscure players you had no idea existed and make it sound interesting. He was on the McAfee show the other day and his thoughts on roster cut downs and the new kick off rules were really fascinating to hear. In spite of the cheating and the arrogance (I can't even put into words how much I hated him and the Pats when he was there), you have to respect his knowledge of the game and to be honest I'd rather hear him talking about the game in a serious way than one of the countless d*ckheads on ESPN who just shout and scream and pollute the waters with endless clickbait.
  9. hahahahaha! That's like "electrocution declared winner over lethal injection by man on death row"
  10. Ah thanks, I always wondered what position he played
  11. Don’t talk with your mouth numb
  12. We wouldn’t have enough money for him and Ceedee Lamb
  13. Oh, hardly
  14. Oh yeah it’s starting to happen baby! Any word on Lamb yet??
  15. Unlike Deen who was fully expecting it
  16. Ah, Zappe. Name like a comic book panel, plays like comic sans
  17. And so they can’t get called out for BS’ing people of it turns out to be false
  18. "Touchdown pass by Josh Allen! He's a pistachio farmer and it's safe to say he's driving this defense nuts! Keon Coleman with the reception! Neon Keon you remind me of Celine Dion! But instead of your heart going on, it's your receiving skills you got going on!"
  19. I wanted to own part of the new stadium so I invested my children's inheritance money and they sent me this
  20. That's funny, I'd completely forgotten this guy existed until now, but remember a lot of the pre draft hype. Didn't he also debut against the Bills?
  21. Me neither, but I hear the name Patrick is very popular in the NFL at the moment so it can't hurt
  22. Exactly. This is why most of the pundits when asked will put Allen over Jackson. Jackson fans talk about the MVPs, then Allen advocates mention the playoffs. That's when football goes up a significant level, it's also when most people actually watch every game rather than just highlights or glancing at box scores. Every year people sit down to watch the playoffs and see Lamar ***** the bed while Allen takes it up a notch and reduces the errors. To me it's a no brainer that he's above Jackson
  23. So because the Bills didn't sign him does that mean they allowed KC to get him? So if he scores a TD against us in the playoffs does that mean we can blame Beane for allowing it to happen?
  24. Well it isn’t a one man sport in spite of how the media talk about it. My thinking for Burrow is that he has more weapons than Josh and also the narrative that he’s coming back from an injury riddled year. if Allen has a great season he’ll be well in the MVP talk as well because his narrative is that they let his receivers go. But I don’t have the faith that the rest of the team will elevate itself enough. I could see him still having a great year in terms of having to do so much on his own but maybe the stats as a whole won’t show that, so the guys in the media who mainly watch extended highlights won’t recognize it
