  1. This is like the National Union of Video Recorder Repair Men threatening to strike
  2. 4th and 12 ? That's horses**t IMO. Maybe there is a stat that shows it's as likely as an onside but that seems so much easier. This will happen in the NFL for sure. Part of the plan to eliminate the kicking game and have as many points as possible. Punting will soon be a thing of the past unless deep in your own territory. I know the younger fans seem to love all this but I really, really dislike it.
  3. I'm old, I don't find him funny. This is funny:
  4. Let's just see Chris Brown substitute "The Cook is in the kitchen!" using a pun from Mosterts name. "The Tert is in the toilet!"
  5. 1 fulltime position: Journeyman Electrical/ General Maintenance I'd love to be a journeyman electrician. I could be the Ryan Fitzpatrick of electrical engineers!
  6. I’d love to work for the Bills in any capacity, whether in the mail room, social media or Beane’s gopher, responsible for polishing his sunglasses and topping up his whiskey glass
  7. The truth is it's probably some undrafted guy we never even saw play. But if you're going by production Vs draft stock or financial investment I'd have to say Maybin simply because they got NOTHING out of him. Literally not a single sack which is insane. Imagine getting a WR in the first round, giving him multiple games and he never gets a catch, or a QB who starts several games and never gets a TD pass (even Peterman threw some TDs). Just checked his stats and he ended his Bills career with 23 tackles and zero sacks. That's as the 11th pick overall, whose contract guaranteed him 15 million! That's over 650,000 dollars a tackle. Nice work if you can get it! He seems happy doing his art now so credit him for getting what he could and then getting out pretty quickly with his brain intact and his body healthy.
  8. We need to hire a guy like this
  9. That lucky b*stard. I wish my wife was as slim as that
  10. It’s a different world, if I put “20k a year” on instagram my boss would just rely “f**k off”
  11. It was glorious. I haven’t enjoyed a beat down so much since I paid a group of bikers to show my wife’s lover the error of his ways* (*for not letting her move in with him)
  12. Yeah, I've seen a few truly awful performances from QBs, Kerry Collins against the Ravens, Eason vs the 85 Bears, Elway against the 49ers. Mahomes was right up there with those
  13. I just wish Andy would retire. I really think that team would turn to s**t without him. I'd be genuinely interested to see Mahomes without him drawing up his plays
  14. This is hilarious. NFL put up a video titled "Patrick Mahomes Best Plays from 3TD Game Vs the Eagles" The first play they show is when the score is 34-0 ! Eagles fans were laughing because it was the first highlight video the NFL put up after the game.
  15. I'm so happy not just that KC lost but that Mahomes was so bad. I've been watching some of the build up stuff I avoided last week to hear people drooling all over Mahomes and talking about he's so much better than the other big 3 in the NFL, which is nuts. I wish he hadn't got those garbage time stats, would have been so funny to see him end up with 50 yards passing. Though I'm sure Chiefs fans will make excuses and say it wasn't Pat's fault, it was the O-line or whatever.
  16. We're the semi-strong guy who loosens the jar lid
  17. This sounds wonderful so far but now I can't watch because I'm a jinx and I guarantee if I switch it on Mahomes will throw a 90 yarder to Worthy
  18. Wow, Brady really does love talking about how amazing he was. He's like the Steven Segal of the NFL. I bet you any money he has mirrored ceilings in his bedroom
  19. I'll probably place a few bets but I won't be watching. I won't even watch the extended highlights. Maybe if the Eagles win I'll watch some bits to see Mahomes looking sad but other than that I have zero interest
  20. This is really sad. I made a lot of Jauron jokes, and I have to admit the day they hired him I basically wrote off at least 3 years there and then. But there was a reason they hired him, I think he saw him as someone who was able to come in and give stability while gaining the respect pf players. Apparently he was really liked by the players.
  21. Glad Sterling got in. He was insanely good. Amazing how he almost become an afterthought as the Packers won the Super Bowl not long after he had to retire. I hate Shannon but he's right when he said he's the first HOF who is the second best player in the family. On the subject of brothers being in the HOF, it's right that Eli didn't get in but I won't begrudge him if he ever does. The fact that he beat Brady twice in super bowls, probably the last ones I genuinely cheered and enjoyed, makes me think he sort of deserves it.
  22. Good for Josh. All the MVP arguing on Twitter has been insane and really it doesn't matter all that much, both Josh and Lamar would rather be preparing to play one more game. But when the career is over and the dust settles, an MVP is something people look at as part of the overall package when assessing HOF and legacy, so in that respect I'm glad he has one because if he retired with no silverware at all you know people would use that as a stick to beat him with. Now he just needs the most important silverware, a Super Bowl trophy followed by a Super Bowl MVP trophy. Then he can wait a few years and collect his gold jacket. I mean he's going to the HOF anyway but his speech will be all the more special with at least one winner's ring on his hand
  23. Meg Ryan used to look like the girl next door, now she looks like the crazy woman from the basement
  24. I'd already claimed squatter's rights
