  1. Dan Snyder strikes me as the kind of guy who has a mirrored ceiling in his bedroom. And several hidden cameras in the bathroom.
  2. Ironically he looks like God's first attempt at Al Davis that went wrong. Like Seth Brundle's first try at sending the baboon through the teleportation machine.
  3. Damn, and there was me hoping for "OJ's Safe House"
  4. With better coaching, JP Losman could have been a good QB
  5. I think Beane sent some of his muscle to see him. "if you're ain't playing for the Bills you ain't playing for anyone. "
  6. I guess regular mortals like us have a hard time understanding why someone good enough to be drafted by an NFL team (even in the 7th round) would toss it away before they've even started, but I guess if the passion isn't there or you have worries about potential brain issues down the line, or whatever it might be, then you're not going to have any hope of being even half the player you hope to be. Some guys probably try and stick with it just to make some money, but I kind of admire the ones who say "this just isn't for me" and go off to do something else. It must be a tough decision.
  7. Tom Brady got accused of the same thing until they realised it WAS a player
  8. I feel very different about this news to how I felt the day we extended Dick Jauron. This is like thinking you're nearly out of spending money for your vacation and then finding roll of 20s in your back pocket. Jauron was like thinking you're finally over the flu and then finding out you have AIDS. So glad to get him signed up, one less thing to worry about. Now let's get a contract under Beane's nose
  9. Even this year, I think Beane was so smart for trading away the first for Diggs
  10. I thought this was a strange question. Then I saw it was asked by a Jets fan and it all made sense.
  11. Possibly my favorite moment from all of last season.
  12. As great as it is to see your first rounders do well, it's so much more rewarding when guys like Milano defy expectations and become great players
  13. I don't see him looking like a sixth rounder but I'd settle with him being ordinary, pretty much how he looked most of last year.
  14. It's funny. When I was a kid Marv Levy was old. Now I'm old, and he's still old. That started out as such a great game. Tasker's blocked punt, Thurman's TD, the big gain by Reed to take them down near the goal line. Such a shame they couldn't punch it in. Then the Cowboys scored those two TDs right at the end of the half and it just killed the game. The turnovers just wrecked the Bills in the last 3 super bowls.
  15. Every time I read his name in an article or tweet I think "why do they keep calling him a star? There's no way he's a ***** star at DT!" then I remember it's his name. As to the news, I'm not too concerned with Harry coming back and the additional help they brought in via free agency to go with Oliver
  16. So if a guy opts out then he essentially is dropping out of the whole season? A player couldn't say "I choose not to come to camp because I'm afraid of catching Covid", then turn up a week before the season and say he'd like to play? I haven't followed this at all so I'm unsure of how it all works.
  17. Something REALLY long, just to piss off the game announcers each week. "Hey NFL fans, welcome to Home Of The 12th Man AKA The Best Fans in the Universe (Not Just The NFL) Who Really Love Eating Wings While Hating The Patriots in Equal Measure And Man Didn't Those Four Super Bowl Losses Suck, Oh Well There's Always This Year So Long As Josh Plays Like We Know He's Capable Stadium! Here's the kickoff... huh? It's the end of the first quarter already?"
  18. I don't think it's about him being too weak to fight back, more that he just refuses to hit a woman, especially when he could probably kill her with one shot. Imagine if he did hit her and put her in hospital, what would that do to his career.
  19. Good for him, that's great that he's putting others first by working on the front line
