  1. Imagine if you woke up and Peterman was the starting qb
  2. Yeah that made me laugh, though he didn't mention him in the write up. The scenarios where we lose the super bowl makes me feel sick at the idea of being 0-5 in the big game. I can still feel the pain of those losses
  3. Bayless is a strange one. I've only seen a few clips of him but the guy seems to have checked out, like he clearly does zero research unless it's about the Cowboys or the Jets or one of those other teams the media loves. He did a bit last season about Allen not being as good as Baker and it was obvious the guy knew nothing about Allen and had probably only seen him play a couple of times. It's staggering that he makes so much money
  4. Don't know if this has already been posted, not read the whole thread, but the analysts on NFL.com have made their picks. Quite a few pick us to lose in the SB and 3 have us winning it https://www.nfl.com/news/super-bowl-lvi-predictions-chiefs-vs-49ers-in-l-a
  5. Oh not Nick Wright posts again. We had them all last year but people need to realise now it's something this guy is just saying to help his career. I never click on any videos with his image in the thumbnail and I wish YouTube would let me block any video with his name attached so I didn't have to see them.
  6. No. He's amazing and great to watch, and clearly the best right now but this always happens when someone is fresh in people's minds because he's still playing. You can't judge this stuff clearly until they've retired and the dust has settled
  7. This headline reads like one of those Youtube clickbait titles I see all the time: Stephen A OUTBURST claims Kelly BETTER than BRADY!
  8. I do one sit-up a day. I sit up in the morning and lie down again at night
  9. I can remember you saying this at the time now because I think I said I was the same. I was really nervous before one of them, think it was the Colts game for some reason. Just couldn't relax all day
  10. He's a god, he's not the God
  11. I've watched so many of the game highlights this offseason it's unreal (and added proof that I have no life). My favorites are the Broncos, 49ers, second Pats and second Dolphins games.
  12. So you're saying we're either the token black guy or the comedy sidekick (my entire frame of reference is 80s TV shows btw)
  13. At my age I'd rather get the Jeep to be honest
  14. I always thought he sounds like Zed from Police Academy
  15. Helium-y? Really? It's so rough he could cough on a tree and it'd be as smooth as a bowling lane. We may need a poll on this one
  16. All I ever got off my kids was a pair of socks and angina
  17. Man who catch fly with chopstick should never poop himself for Bills game You couldn't really blame him though. Sato had one hell of a gravelly voice. He was like the Okinawan version of Patrick Mahomes
  18. I'm thinking of turning the season into one big game of strip poker. I'll start the season wearing 10 items of clothing. If we win I take something off, if we lose I put it back on. At the end of the year I'll post a picture of the result, so you'd better hope for a losing season.
  19. As soon as I read the title I wondered how long it would take - 10th reply was a little longer than I had money on lol
  20. It looks like he's focussed on hitting the hole with conviction. Too much dancing last year from what I remember. I'd rather he just got 2 or 3 yards by being decisive than stammering about behind the line, hoping for a huge play, only to get taken for a loss or no gain.
  21. Not necessarily. What if he gets most of his carries in the second half when the team is winding the clock and the defences are gassed?
  22. I enjoy the shot at 0.48 of Kyler signing the autograph for the guy. They clearly got that actor to kneel down for the shot so Murray would look tall and heroic next to him.
  23. I think you'll find he's talking about Tampa's defense
  24. Favre is in my top 3 favorite players of all time. He was reckless for sure but so much fun to watch, just like a kid out there having fun. In that sense he's always reminded me of Allen (or Allen has always reminded me of him). Those playoff games at Lambeau field with Favre playing, snow on the ground, that was such a great time
  25. What you hope for is that the passing game is all we think it can be early in the season, with Diggs, Sanders, Beasley and Davis giving teams fits, Knox and Breida making their fair share of catches on the side. Then by the time Stevenson is eligible to play again, with coordinators spending so much effort trying to stop the offense they've seen for 8 weeks or so, the rookie can be thrown in on the occasional play to just burn past everyone and cause a new headache. I don't see him making a huge impact on games, maybe the odd return, but just having a guy that Josh can launch it to now and then will help keep defenses honest. Plus we could use him on jet sweeps and a few gadget plays.
