  1. Chiefs went on a great run after their terrible start. Even though they more likely than not win this one, I hope that Cincy game last week set them off on another bad run just in time for the playoffs.
  2. Won't get mentioned though. Allen gets judged to a different standard for some reason, probably because the people who predicted 'bust' are still desperate to be at least partly right.
  3. Millen was pure nuts this year. I loved him. An elderly uncle who turns up for a family reunion, slightly drunk and offending 90% of the people there. More of this please
  4. I think Miyagi would have made a great commentator. Al Michaels: great play by the Bills! They might win this one! Miyagi: Win, lose, not matter. They prove point
  5. RIP Tony's career. A sad, sad day
  6. They need the cap room to extend Darnold with a new 250m dollar contract
  7. If that happens, Boomer should pull a Packers jersey over his beer gut and go out and play himself
  8. Who knows? I like that it could be true because, from a childish point of view, it's nice to have things other people covet. I was reading a Giants forum recently and there was a topic about Josh Allen, just lots of Giant fans lamenting how they didn't take Allen and instead went for Barkley. It's just something I really enjoy. We had all those years with guys like Losman and Manuel and Rob Johnson, guys the rest of the league would laugh at. Having a guy so many fans of other teams wish they had is just great
  9. This is great. I was so inspired I just walked into my son's room, threw his iPad out of the window and punched him in the face. Damn kids, they can't even bleed without crying these days.
  10. I have a much better candidate. He's just what the Jags need. He's aggressive. Decisive. He takes no prisoners. And he will stop at nothing until the job is done. ... ... ...
  11. I didn't know this, I rarely read anything about the guy. Case closed, I full-on hate him again
  12. I thought his reply was pretty funny. I like it when sportsmen speak what they really think. I've always hated Rodgers but this kind of makes me hate him less
  13. first game Saturday. I want us to win and get it out of the way so I can get drunk and enjoy the rest of the games. Definitely not Monday If the game is in Buffalo the NFL might worry about bad weather and the Pats running it all game again
  14. Some of the tests are worth keeping. This is footage of Sam Darnold attempting a test developed to judge a QB's aptitude for no-look passes
  15. They offered but he ticked the wrong box
  16. This Jones guy has a lot to answer for
  17. Maybe he was stealing the food for Kelvin Benjamin
  18. depends which version turns up. The team that beat NE can beat anyone, the team that beat the Falcons won't beat NE
  19. Said this before, I kind of like Baker despite his shortcomings and I think he has the drive and skill to come back from this season with a good 2022, though he'll never put up Allen type numbers. I wouldn't pay him yet and give him another year to see how he does. Jackson isn't worth the hype around him but his winning % is undeniable. I admire Jackson because he had a lot going against him coming into the league, I get more annoyed with the way the media slobbers all over him every time he makes a "video game" play. I've realized that Allen and Jackson can be distinguished by a simple rule: if Allen plays 3 sublime quarters of football and then makes a bad INT or fumble he'll get the "oh there's the real Josh Allen" treatment. With Jackson it's the other way around (same for Kyler) in that he can play like ***** for most of the game but makes one incredible scramble and that's all certain people will talk about
  20. In the end, I guess Vegas got to all of us
  21. I think we're the better team by far, much more talented and we'll probably be at home but I still expect them to find a way to beat us.
  22. Sums up today's culture. A railing collapses causing you and several other fans to fall flat on your faces and the first thing you do is pull out your phone to take a selfie. In the good old days they would have faked serious injury and sued
  23. Vontae Davis did it better. he stripped completely naked and then left the stadium
  24. Thankful we got out of that with a win and got the playoff spot. Part of me would rather play away from home for the playoffs, we have some real stinkers at home Oh and the Dolphins got humiliated after their fans were convinced Tua was going to lead them to the SB. I'm sure they're all calling for his release now on Fin Heaven
  25. whew, we got lucky there. If that was us we would have been screaming conspiracy with the zebras
