  1. wouldn't the Chiefs be trying to get revenge on us since we humiliated then on national TV?
  2. Oh the weather outside is frightful, but the field is so delightful, since we've no place to go let Josh throw, let him throw, let him throw
  3. Just did a quick search and according to this he is getting interview requests and has had some since the Colts debacle https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/patriots-josh-mcdaniels-garnering-head-coaching-interest-among-nfl-owners/ Of course they don't name specific teams so it may just be hot air. I have to say, even for a Patriots coach he's especially dislikable and has a face I would never trust. I hope he does leave and ends up crashing and burning again like he did before.
  4. Does he not get offers? I assumed he's still be in demand despite being an a**hole
  5. So no chance that McDaniels leave the Pats for a HC gig? Is he waiting for the Belichick to hang up his hood? I read somewhere that if McDaniels does leave then Bill O Brien would likely be brought back in
  6. I haven't taken drugs since the 90s but for some reason I still love this
  7. I think he deserves to be in anyway. He got Denver there 3 times and then Atlanta years later, and in the middle took the Giants to the playoffs. Levy is in with 4 losses so I don't see why Reeves wouldn't be
  8. Damn not another one. Great coach and I still miss coaches wearing a shirt and tie on the sidelines
  9. McD is like Slugworth in Willy Wonka, he secretly works for Belichick.
  10. Josh is now in the HOF
  11. If you had a league where it was basically a B team like in soccer, I'd take some interest because you'd at least get excited about finding some diamonds in the rough. They could hold a second draft as well after the main one instead of having all the undrafted free agents. I'd enjoy that I think. Something like the world league though? Nah. Having that direct connection to the Bills would make me interested enough to keep watching
  12. If it was made up entirely of players who the Bills held the rights to, yes. Then we could have 53 Duke Williams to cream over during the off season
  13. Well I'd rather have Allen because this is now and I love him more than my children, but it would have been something if we'd managed to land Big Ben back then. The way he played he would have fit the Bills perfectly and who knows what would have happened in terms of wins and playoff appearances.
  14. Why would Miami trade the best QB in the conference?
  15. If I had just 1% of Josh's alpha male coolness I wouldn't have had to marry this
  16. Clearly making room to re-sign a certain other Williams...
  17. Jets and Falcons are bad but there have been so many upsets this season that I'm taking nothing for granted. The jets in particular will be treating it like their super bowl, wanting to end the season on a huge high.
  18. Well, he lasted a little longer than JP Losman
  19. Well he didn't help the Panthers much
  20. He's saving himself for the playoffs
  21. and watching one of the mistakes that were made before he was drafted
  22. I do remember him yes, he played the same season as the great Scott Zolak who went on to pump his chest out as the color analyst for Pats radio. You might be a lifelong fan, you might not. What I do know is that back then no one gave a ***** about the Pats and I never met people who claimed to be fans. If you look at the Pats attendances back in the early 90s when they sucked, they hovered around 30 thousand, 35 thousand, even for early season games. Some weeks it went down to 20-25 thousand. During the drought the Bills averaged 71 thousand fans (at a time when there were so many other ways to catch the game). The fact is a huge percentage of Pats fans are bandwagon jumpers. That's to be expected but I always laugh at their entitled attitude. The real longtime fans won't act like that because they've experienced the hard times. I'm looking forward to seeing how many stick around when Belichick has gone and they spend a couple of years in the AFC East basement
  23. I'm sure you're one of the super loyal Pats fans
  24. Seems to hit harder when it's someone who was so full of life. From a selfish point of view, this is another part of your own youth dying as his voice represented so many hours watching football as a kid. Sometimes I go back and watch clips from the 80s so I can hear the likes of Madden, Summerall, Enberg, Olsen and all those other guys. In that respect they live forever
