In a weird way it feels like a SB, not in the importance of the game of course but in the insane hype around it. With it being the first game of the season and the only game until Sunday, all the networks are talking it into the ground. They're even doing the classic SB stories (which to be fair is pretty easy with this one) around "SB champs vs SB favorites" and "Miller vs his old team". If they do end up in the final game I wonder how much this experience will help the guys

When Saleh never looks or sounds like he's in control. I was watching a press conference with Miami's own McD the other day and it struck me that despite looking like someone who'd fix your cable he does come across as someone who knows what he's doing and is in control. The results will tell, but Saleh already seems like a man drowning. Wouldn't be surprised to see them go after Payton in the off season
