Those batted balls are IMO the only chance Cincy has. They need to get those on some Mahomes passes and hope their guys can come down with them

Seems strange to say the Bengals have to score a TD here considering it's only their 2nd possession. But they really do

Burrow sliding. Hahaha what a p***y

It's been said and will be said another 3000 times by the end of this game, but man we would have killed the Bengals in Buffalo

if Gruden was one of the hottest coaches in the league who had won a SB in the past couple of years I guarantee he'd get forgiven and would be re-hired in a year or 2. A quick trip into therapy, a well hyped interview where he talks about his demons and that would be it

Gunner's 2022 Mock Draft (v3 and FINAL - p.17!!)
RobbRiddick replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think that was a completely different situation to this. We already had Beast Mode on the roster and we weren't exactly a good enough to team to take a calculated risk like that. We needed huge help at other positions. I like the idea of this team making a move like this, grabbing a potentially bluechip player at 25. -
So much for a few people here telling me McDaniel's name is mud and he wouldn't get offered another HC gig. If people think you can help them win games they don't give a damn what your reputation is or how much of a dick you've been

I was actually going to credit the guy with retiring without a huge fuss, but I guess he'll probably wait until Super Bowl week, maybe draft week, to get the most attention

Oh f***

2018 QB Class - 4 years later (KTO Youtube video)
RobbRiddick replied to RobbRiddick's topic in The Stadium Wall
Interesting seeing them all listed like this. So, from that list, Cam Newton, Russell Wilson, Foles, Garoppolo, Goff and Mahomes have started a Super Bowl, with 3 of them winning one. Also amazing how few of them are still in the league -
Like a wart you finally get the dog to chew off, I'm so glad he's finally gone (though it wouldn't surprise me if, like the wart, he comes back). Always hated the guy but I understand that's because he spent so many years beating the ***** out of us. Let's face it, I have no ill will to Chad Pennington. Strange that I can remember his first SB win like it was yesterday. And just think, this guy won the championship in nearly a third of the 22 seasons he played. That's INSANE. Not to mention the 3 losses and countless championship games.

I'm inclined to agree with this. Our defense is good enough to hold a lot of teams down throughout the season but when you get to playoff games against the likes of Mahomes, Burrow and (soon) Herbert, you need to blow them away. I'd love to improve the OL with FA, then go for a speedy WR (1st) and RB (3rd) in the draft, maybe a CB in RD 2

2018 QB Class - 4 years later (KTO Youtube video)
RobbRiddick replied to RobbRiddick's topic in The Stadium Wall
Obviously we're all experts on how the 2018 draft class panned out now because it was pretty recent and we've paid more attention to it. But I'd recommend some of the other ones by KTO, just watched the one he did about the 2014 QB class (Bortles!) and it's a good watch -
Don't know how many of you have heard of KTO but he makes some good content. This is his latest one. Looks good

I love some of you… but I hate this site right now

The irony of people not watching sports media stuff this week is that most of the talk was actually about the Bills - Josh Allen specifically. I have never heard so many people praise Allen at any point since he was drafted. Most of the talk this week was about how amazing he is and how he didn't deserve to lose. I feel less hurt about it than I have about losses in the past because of what we have in Allen and how bright he makes the future. Looking forward to seeing how many FAs want to come to Buffalo so they get the chance to play with him -
I say no. I'm greedy, I want a game breaker with speed that puts fear into defenses

Let's see. They bought the Pats jersey, then the Bucs jersey, now they have to buy a gold watch

We'll miss you big guy

Well, I think Dan Hanzus summed up the season pretty well for me

Just get home field advantage next year -
I felt the same. I'll probably watch the start of the game to see if Cincy can pull an upset. Everyone has put KC in the Super Bowl already so they'll be feeling disrespected and will come out super aggressive and fired up, especially on defense. Burrow can put points up against their defense as he's already shown but he needs a clean game and the O-line needs to somehow try and keep him on his feet. Hopefully they've designed some quick passes to Chase hoping he can do his trick of taking it to the house

“We can smile today because we have Josh Allen”
RobbRiddick replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
I've been looking around a few forums from opposing teams over the last few days and it's both surreal and cool to hear them talking about Allen. These guys truly covet him, to the point where Dallas fans on one of their big forums were starting threads after Sunday's game saying how depressed they are that they're stuck with Dak due to his huge contract. I mean Dak is considered a pretty damn good QB by MANY people, and they're sat there wishing they had Allen. Sucks that we lost the way we did but it's great that we have this superstar as the face of our franchise -
For all of you enamored with speed - remember Marquise Goodwin
RobbRiddick replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'd love us to get a speedy RB somewhere in the draft who is capable of taking it to the house once he hits a hole. Singletary can be shifty but defenses know they don't have to fear speed with the guy -
The taste of cool water is that much more satisfying when you've had to crawl through the desert to reach it. I just hope I can reach the cup before the vultures decide to land on me...
