Mahomes would have been a QB to build around, Allen simply is not that, he will never be the passer required for the kind of success we all want this team to achieve. A sign of a good head coach is not passing on a once in a lifetime chance to draft a Mahomes. His teacher got it right, the student failed miserably. It will go down as one of the Bills' biggest blunders in franchise history and McClappity's name will be all over it.

I think the Bills are not a good team in many areas right now, head coaching and talent evaluation being the most deficient/damaging.

This is nonsense, they backed their way into the playoff's, they were pretty much the same team Rex fielded the previous years, this shows incredible ignorance IMO. McClappity will be gone in a couple years, as will the QB to which he hitched his wagon.

That's just MORE excuses, never ending it seems.
