  1. I FIGURED OUT THE SOLUTION! The fairest way is to determine the seedings NOT based on the number of wins each team has, but based on the number of LOSSES each team has. We have 3 losses. KC has 3 losses. If neither one of us loses in week 18, we're tied and the tiebreaker goes to head to head record.
  2. There's a nice and very complimentary piece about the ESPN coverage in The Athletic today (paywall): https://theathletic.com/4054041/2023/01/03/damar-hamlin-espn-coverage/?source=pulsenewsletter&campaign=5855836
  3. I thought he was trying to kick Josh in the nuts.
  4. I think we saw one when Dane Jackson got hurt.
  5. Agree 100%. And the Cincinnati fans were classy, applauding the Bills as they left the field.
  6. Why does this matter to you? Who cares "who was lying"?
  7. I always enjoy Booger's commentary because he's incisive and usually funny (especially when talking about Kelvin Benjamin). But last night, he was moving. His comments from the studio were emotional, heartfelt and understated. I think he wanted to cry and so did I. What a mensch.
  8. This is perhaps the lowest of the many low conversations I've seen on this board over the years. Who gives a damn??? Shame on all of you.
  9. Once I loved an hour north of Cincinnati. Fortunately her husband didn't come home before I left.
  10. Does either one of them have an actual QB?
  11. That's because Josh has class, unlike LeBron who once wore a Yankees hat to an Indians-Yankees playoff game in Cleveland.
  12. You need a song to get pumped up for Bills games? This is a very bad sign.
  13. Check back with me on February 12.
  14. He barely knows English grammar. You think he was paying attention in math class?
  15. The Texans have a 1 game winning streak.
  16. In 1994 the Bills beat the 3 previous Superbowl champs. Of course it was the Bills who made them champs in the first place.
  17. Wow, that's a great website. I wasn't familiar with it. Now there goes the rest of my day...
  18. You think he'd be any good on television? 😂
  19. Maybe we can arrange for you to give the pre-game speech in the Bills' locker room next Monday night. By the way, do you stay up all night to watch these late games? For me they start at 3:30 AM so I DVR and watch them when I get up on the morning. It sucks to watch a game that's already finished but I'm too damned old and I stayed up all night for 4 straight Superbowl losses.
  20. Yes it was. Of all the bad coaches and front offices we had over the years, I liked Chan best.
  21. From today's Wall Street Journal: Craig Elston, who owns C&C Cutz in downtown Buffalo, said he kept his barbershop open during the storm and sent out a message on social media telling anyone without heat or power to come over. About 25 people came to the shop, he said. The first person who visited said he had walked for an hour after the heat and power went out in his house. “‘Let me in; I’m going to die,’” Mr. Elston said the man told him. Mr. Elston said the man had “frostbite on his fingers and his face was really red.” Mr. Elston said 10 people spent the night in the shop on Friday and nine on Saturday. Mr. Elston spent what money he had on Hot Pockets from a corner store that was still open. Full story here (paywall): https://www.wsj.com/articles/deep-freeze-envelops-u-s-for-another-day-11671982084
