  1. Makes me even more glad we got Allen’s extension done when they did. We would be looking at 50+ per year easily.
  2. Meh, I’d almost rather Hill be on the Jets or Dolphins if it comes at the cost of those teams being down 2 first round picks and 28 million in cap space. Hill with Tua or Wilson throwing to him is no where near as dangerous as he was on KC.
  3. I’d think that Adams deal will be the floor. Tyreek doesn’t exactly seem like a nice guy who will be willing to take a penny of a discount.
  4. One could argue the way to approach the backup QB spot during the super bowl window would be the opposite, draft a young, cheap cost controlled backup to hold the roster spot for the next few years. Figure either way, if Josh goes down your screwed. Might as well put the cheapest body you can at the position and use the cap elsewhere.
  5. That “amazing QB draft” sure showed what I preached all along, no one can accurately project QBs. Might as well throw darts at their names on a board. One of the best QB drafts in ages produced one superstar in Allen, one above average starter in Jackson, one average to below average starter in Mayfield, one below average to bottom tier starter in Darnold and one guy who will be out of the league next year in Rosen. The ironic part of it is, a lot of rankings would have had those QBs flipped pre-draft.
  6. Is he any worse than Mariota at this point😂 What pure garbage Atlanta has at QB now. Not to mention their WRs (I can’t even name one after Ridley is suspended and Gage left) and their defense is nothing to write home about. They might not win a game.
  7. I’ve always been a fan of this guy. He has his warts, but so does everyone who would come at a cheap price like Shenault. I’d definitely be interested for a day 3 pick.
  8. Does this mean the Browns are going to make Baker back up Deshaun?!
  9. We have seen this before in many instances. CTE and social justice comes to mind. The NFL and their teams are far more bark than they are bite. I guess they meant “alleged sexual predator”.
  10. They couldn’t. But they could have told him to report and if he didn’t play, he wouldn’t have been paid. Not sure how many seasons he would be willing to sit out under that threat. Maybe all of them, but Houston could have controlled it a bit. That being said, they clearly just didn’t care. They know they are going to be horrendous for a few years. Having 2+ firsts in each of the next 3 drafts will help.
  11. Houston could have just made him report and play, it’s not like he was a free agent. They definitely didn’t have zero recourse in this matter.
  12. Never, ever underestimate the Browns ability to Brown. In addition, Watson hasn’t played in 2 years, let’s see how he plays.
  13. I view him as a top 10 QB. Tough to make an argument for top 5 right now IMO. I can’t put him in front of Allen, Mahomes or Rodgers for sure.
  14. 3 sacks per game doesn’t seem too unreasonable
  15. No interest in OBJ. Let him go back to the Rams.
  16. I find it very hard to believe that Rodgers, who gets angry at Green Bay for never giving him any receivers, finds out his only true receiver ever is leaving, and then suddenly decides to re-sign in Green Bay.
  17. Agree. I thought they were very easilY the 3rd best team in the AFC. And an argument could be made for 4th best.
  18. I thought Of that initially, but after thinking deeper, I’m not sure it changes anything. WR was a pretty big need for the Raiders anyways. Almost as much as the Pack. A WR is as likely to go at that pick now as he was before the trade.
