    That will be a decent tax bill for someone getting 20k in forgiveness. Assuming they are at a 7% tax rate, that’s $1400. Considering most Americans don’t even have $500 saved for an emergency, that will hurt.

    IMO Allen is infinitely better than Stafford. Thankfully, that is the main advantage you want to have.

    I wouldn’t pay more than vet minimum. Guy is walking into an absolute dream scenario. Usage will be minimal, you just got cut by a team that isn’t as good as the Bills, and then the super bowl favorite Bills come calling. Accept Vet minimum or we will move onto the next average punter and offer him the same.

    Dicker the Kicker! Yes, but they often need to get work with the offense so they can’t devote a lot of time to working with the kicker and long snapper. Using the punter was a natural progression because the three (kicker, punter and long snapper) are always together in practice.

    If Araiza doesn’t punt, the Bills must be going for it on 4th down all night? I wouldn’t think they have an emergency punter. Maybe Bass can punt? Or would they be allowed to sign someone from a local college for a game?

    I believe the DA just got the case recently and is making their prosecution decision. If everything reported is true, I can’t see how he/she could justify not prosecuting. It seems like the girl followed every possible channel to report and did it timely. Apparently a rape investigation takes 9+ months (something I never knew).

    If everything mentioned in that article (public sex, rape kit, reported allegations the next day, witnesses) then I can’t see how the DA could justify not charging Araiza in this. Seems like as open and shut as rape cases can get.

    I don’t understand why this hasn’t already been charged? Is a 9 month criminal investigation common? It seems unnecessarily long.

    Precisely what my recommendation has been for years. Such a simple solution I have no idea why it was never brought up. Just keep interest rates at zero while resuming payments. The government still gets the money it loaned out, payments stay affordable without exorbitant interest rates, and balances don’t balloon to unsustainable rates if you lose your job and require a forbearance.

    I still feel like there is too large of an imbalance between home seekers and available homes to cause a drop that large. But we will see.
