  1. San Antonio makes perfect sense. Having lived there for a few years I was shocked there was no major sports team other than NBA. San Antonio supports the Spurs very well. I have no doubt they would support an NFL franchise. Logistically, the highway system is amazing. It is a city of 1.5 million and you can travel from any point of the city to another in 30 minutes. Go just 30 minutes outside the city center and there is a ton of open land to build a stadium as well. Also would be easy to attract free agents with how beautiful of a city it is and the warm weather.
  2. And we can have the amazing Derek Anderson or Nathan Peterman chucking him beautiful 50 yard dimes all day.
  3. I wonder how cheap Fitz would come. With his intelligence he should be able to pick up the playbook rather quickly. If you can get TB to give him up for a 5th or later I am all for it.
  4. If Fitz comes with Mike Evans or DeSean Jackson and a new offensive line, then sign me up.
  5. Elevate Cam Phillips from PS. At least he will give effort.
  6. And has not played football in nearly 3 full seasons. While the free agent options are not good, there are far better options than Kapernick. To answer the thread. Peterman should be cut today. He should have been cut after game 1. To quote the great Dennis Green. He is who we thought he was, and that’s why he doesn’t take the damn field.
  7. Jerry Hughes is WRAPPED AROUND HIS WAIST. Wtf is a hold if that isn’t.
  8. This is what I try to explain to people often. “the us tax rate isn’t that high”. While that may be true, it is still high. Then factor in social security FICA taxes and state taxes and we are actually taxed at a quite high rate. Then add in that we do not get universal healthcare for it like most other industrialized nations.
  9. My main point was, what RB, regardless of skill level, is going to go to their GM and say “yes you have to replace me”. What’s Clement said would be expected even if he was the worst back in the league.
  10. If he did it in the playoffs, what happened this year? And every year prior to his miraculous playoff run? It seems far more likely that Foles miraculous end of season and playoff run was just that, a miracle. He looked bad to average in the preseason and regular season. Which is pretty much how he has looked his entire career.
  11. Shocking, a career backup to this point in his career doesn’t want to lose his chance at the starting gig.
  12. I doubt they would risk injury for him to play in one more game. If anything the Bills aren’t ready to pull the trigger on the deal pending the result of Sunday’s game. As has been previously stated, tough to trade him if he has a good game and the Bills are sitting at 3-3.
  13. Why? Because if you trade him I feel it sends a very tanking message. Whereas if it has McCoys blessing you can spin it as “doing right by the player”.
  14. Judging by the Ajayi trade last year I think McCoy could garner a 3rd from Philly. I am on the fence about taking the deal if that is the return. I would probably leave it up to McCoy. He might want to go home to chase that ring.
  15. I’m a little disappointed they released Dean Marlowe. I thought he filled in rather well Sunday.
  16. These announcers sure have a hard on for Taysom Hill. A bit much for a gadget wildcat QB and an average kick returner.
  17. I say this in my head every time the announcers say blue ?
  18. For sure. Colinsworth said it was textbook helmet to helmet. I didn’t see that at all. I saw him shoving him in the upper shoulder pad area.
  19. This defenseless receiver thing is ridiculous. What is the Dallas player supposed to do, let him make the catch?! If he doesn’t hit him he catches that ball.
