I never understood the trend of hiring coaches that weren’t even good position coaches. If your offense ranks 25th of 32 teams, how are you expected to be a good total team coach. You couldn’t even be a good coach when all you had to deal with was 1/3rd of the team.

I honestly can’t even think of a deal I would be happy with if it included Tre. Prior to this year I would have said QB. But I’m pretty sold on that position being Allen’s for years to come.

Wonder if the Bears move on from Parkey this off season. He wasn’t exactly the picture of consistency this season. Only made 75% of his kicks. Side note, does anyone else feel kickers make a disproportionate amount of their kicks when playing the Bills? I can remember very few misses over the past two seasons.

This game gave me flashbacks to a poor version of Tyrod Circa the playoff game against Jacksonville. It was painful to watch Lamar until the Chargers let up. -3 late in the third quarter I believe, it was pitiful.

Can they afford the cap hit while they find a willing partner? I’m unfamiliar with NFL rules, can you be over the cap prior to the season starting? Foles cap hit will be over 23.8 million on a tag.

Oh yeah, if he gets drafted he definitely will be. I’m curios to see where he lands. Someone will think they can mold his prototypical frame into a productive QB.

Went to clean the house after the game. Came back and the golden globes were on. I can’t believe some people actually watch these. There is absolutely zero entertainment or production value.

This is why people don’t like to count garbage time stats. Chargers clearly took their foot off the defensive gas and let up.

Onside kick rule needs to be changed. If they want to make it as pointless as it is now, come up with another way for the team to get the ball back. Even setting up a fourth and goal from the 35. Score and you get the ball. Would have a higher percentage than this current crap onside kick rule.

Onside kicks have become pointless. Recovery rates are non-existent.

Because people watch the games. I watched Jackson every time he is on TV this season. I watched Josh Allen every Wyoming game I could find, pro-day, senior bowl, and combine. These two really are not even comparable. Jackson benefited by having two good receivers. When he was relied upon, he failed. Josh Allen WAS Wyoming. He did everything. If he wasn’t creating offense Wyoming was done. When Allen was injured Wyoming lost to San Jose State (who? Exactly). My personal analysis is Jackson is a semi mobile QB with a good QB frame. He is not a great passer and when he does scramble he has very questionable decision making and ball security.

Worst I can remember was Tyrod last year. Just looked up his stats, he threw for 134 and ran for 27. So Tyrod greatly put performed Lamar.
