This portion of the re-draft, is absolute nonsense. I’m rarely for going RB in the first round, but Barkley doesn’t fall out of the top 10 in any stretch of the imagination.

It would easily still be covered just as much. How many people care about some still photo a reporter got on the sideline? People watch the game on TV. I don’t care if some obscure news station got a snippet of an interview and I would imagine most people are the same.

Well, the network can have their two designated reporters. It’s not like the media has a right to go wherever they want. This is the NFL’s property, the media will go where they are told or they won’t be invited on said property.

IMO it is an extremely simple fix. No media access except for 2 on field reporters and their camera man. The 2 on field reporters are chosen by the network that is airing the game. Have a chained off section around the field for still cameramen, they are free to move about the perimeter. Each team is also allowed 2 of their own photographers for stills. Every other member of the media can wait in the media room for the athletes to change and shower.

It is SO much more difficult, as a superstar, to dominate a sport where 11 men are on the field compared to 5. I would argue the easiest sport to create a dynasty would be the NBA. In no other sport can your star play so often, with so few opponents on the court or field. One dominate player can run a dynasty in the NBA relatively easily.

Can’t believe no one has mentioned the Microsoft commercial with their adaptive video game controller! That was one of the (very few) good ones IMO. I also liked the Anthony Lynn one, the NFL anniversary fumble commercial, and the M and M’s chocolate bar commercial. Maybe I’m too young, but I had no idea who Andy was and this commercial just flew right over my head.

I actually think going from 15 to 9 for a QB would cost more than a second. I think a 2nd is fair value on the trade charts, so it’s definitely your starting point and minimum compensation. But I would think something small would have to be added for the “QB premium”.

I HIGHLY doubt any team in the NFL ever has the “plan” to tank for two years in a row. Even one year. The GM can pull all the decent players, but you still have to spend to the cap minimum. And the players and coach left over are going to be playing to win.

Rodgers wins moment of the year for leading a comeback in a meaningless game? Like that moment was better than the Rams Chiefs game or Baker leading a comeback in his first regular season action to lead the Browns to their first win in 19 games. What a joke.

Love both hires. Go young with coaching and see if something sticks. No reason to hire the Culley’s Of be NFL that have been bounced around from team to team and were never that great anyways. I’ll take the unknown everytime.
