Amendola finally leaving AFC East
PetermansRedemption replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He really has had a completely average career. Even in New England his regular season stats weren’t very impressive. I thought his production dropped in Miami, it actually increased. New England he averaged 34 yards per game, in Miami he averaged 38. Had one whole TD last year in Miami. -
For the second time in their existence, I do believe the NFL would like to see a minor league succeed. Big Play McKay would not be a bad addition

Well San Antonio is absolutely thumping Arizona tonight.

LeVeon Bell to Ravens?
PetermansRedemption replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As long as he doesn’t go to the Jets. Do not want to face Bell 2 times a year. -
Is Le’Veon Bell next on the Raiders’ list?
PetermansRedemption replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Absolutely. I hate Antonio Brown as much as the next guy, but he’s far better than anything the Raiders have had in, forever? And Le’veon Bell, I feel people forget how great he is. Both as a rushing and receiving threat. Those two alone will easily account for a couple more wins for the Raiders next season. -
2019 NFL Draft Wide Receiver Prospect Primer

This is what I’m leaning towards as my preference as well. BPA in the 1st at nearly any position. TE/WR in the 2nd and 3rd. -
How can we not be all in on Metcalf now?
PetermansRedemption replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The problem is, Metcalf’s tape, albeit limited, doesn’t back up him being a “slow” WR at all. I think it’s more likely he was nervous, tight, slipping, you name it during his cone drills. His per game production is perfectly fine for a WR of his age. In fact, he was more productive than Julio Jones at his age. That being said, I’m still wary of him at 9. I won’t hate the pick, but I won’t love it either. It doesn’t have anything to do with his production moreso his injury history. I’m always super wary of guys who can’t stay healthy even in college. In addition to that, this is a deep WR class. Your going to get a good one in the 2nd, maybe even 3rd. So I will advocate not going WR at 9. -
Great game there. Bercovici’s second start was infinitely better than his first.

Are we a candidate for hard knocks?
PetermansRedemption replied to MakeBuffaloGreatAgain's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m pretty sure the teams have representatives in the Hard Knocks editing room. They can push whatever narrative they want. We saw it last year with the Browns. The episode where Corey Coleman was traded all they did was trash him the entire episode. -
2019 NFL Draft Wide Receiver Prospect Primer

Honestly give me anyone of these receivers. I see star potential in so many of them this year. Part of the reason I’m torn on taking one at 9. I think your getting a real good one in the 2nd round. -
Getting the first pick in the 3rd round for Tyrod was wizardry by Beane. It was a steal when it happened, looks like even more of a steal now. Tyrod was not good, coming off a horrendous playoff performance, and everyone knew we were dumping him. Also, he ended up starting two or three games for the Browns. Baker comes in and easily outplays Tyrod. It was just an all around horrendous move for the Browns.

And Bercovici having a great game so far

San Diego going back to Mike Bercovici ?
-
I would take Rudolph in a second too. In regards to Allen, no loss at all IMO.
-
The thing is, they would have, if he hadn’t gone completely insane. Before all this crap, 31 teams in the league would have wanted him. The asking price would have easily been 2 1sts. So if his end game was to really be traded I think he would have just shut up. At least his agent would have told him that, maybe he didn’t listen. It really makes me think his end game was outright release. If that is the case, he’s played the situation perfectly so far.

Are we a candidate for hard knocks?
PetermansRedemption replied to MakeBuffaloGreatAgain's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Definitely. Even without Antonio Brown I think it will be Oakland. Gruden is a personality, seeing how he meshes with Carr is a good story line. Add in an impending move to Vegas and 3 first rounders and it’s a great spot for Hard Knocks. -
Are we a candidate for hard knocks?

Jets are not eligible due to a first year coach. Five eligible teams this year are Oakland, San Francisco, Detroit, Giants and Redskins. -

They would have to volunteer. Otherwise they are not eligible for mandatory inclusion.
