  1. One of these is not like the other
  2. Pretty sure that had more to do with the position and perceived value of the positions. RB’s are considered a dime a dozen while WR is highly paid and sought after. If the roles were reversed and Antonio Brown sat out a year and hit free agency he would still be highly paid. If Le’Veon Bell forced his way out of Pitt by bashing everyone he still would have been struggling to find a suitor.
  3. If this is true, I want nothing to do with that. I would say this means they are not in on Bell.
  4. Important to note that his 750 yards last season is misleading. He was playing with Lamar Jackson for half the year, who they didn’t let pass the ball much. When he did pass the ball, he wasn’t very effective.
  5. After Anthony Barr spurred the Jets, I think they are even more of favorites. Hold up could be Bell was ready to make a decision, Jets found out about Barr and upped their offer, and now Bells agent has to reach back out to the other teams to see if they will up their offers.
  6. There is absolutely no chance any GM of the Buffalo Bills can compete with other teams without overpaying. Until the culture turns and Buffalo is a perennial winning franchise, no one will want to come here without being overpaid.
  7. Someone said it in another thread, Tyrod is not a good tank commander at all. Tyrod is a recipe for mediocrity. He doesn’t turn the ball over and can sometimes make some “wow” plays with his legs. He is pretty much a lock to give you 170-210 yards per game with 1TD and 0 INTS.
  8. Tyrod or Bortles in Miami would be a hilarious scenario. Maybe they can sign both!
  9. He is definitely the most polarizing political figure I can ever remember. That is why the Russia probe is so pointless too. It doesn’t matter what any of this “turns up”. You either support Trump or don’t. In which case everything will be spun through your rose colored glasses. The Russia Probe for example. If you don’t like Trump, he rigged the election. If you like Trump, it’s a Democratic witch hunt.
  10. It gets wasted anyways. Might as well waste it on something tangible.
  11. I’m shocked he was offered a starting job anywhere. He played in one game last year and threw for 118 yards.
  12. Oh boy I would love either of them on this team. Bell is a heck of a WR as well as a RB. Pitt often put him out wide as a WR. His catch rates the past 3 seasons were 92%, 80%, 81%. He caught 85 balls in 2017 for something like 700 yards.
  13. Can you also predict the future, Ms Cleo?
  14. Sign Bell, sign Daryl Williams, draft a WR, draft a TE, draft an OG. Night and day difference in the offense between last year and this year.
  15. Given him is 15 million per year, structure it with 35 million guaranteed throughout the first two years. Easy out in year 3 if he isn’t performing. People forget we are paying McCoy 7 million this year. Bell is easily worth double what an old Shady is worth.
  16. Oh it would be great if he refuses the Jets and goes with the Broncos.
  17. I did not see it was 13 with incentives, that would change things.
  18. Has to be. Giving it this year before taking a long term deal next off season.
  19. Wonder when Paradis is going to sign now that Morse has. Would think Paradis is at least pushing for the contract Morse received.
  20. I was thinking the same. He at least would have got 14 per year on a multi year deal with a nice guarantee. He could have easily made it up to 15 and possibly l could have pushed the 17 that Trey Flowers received.
  21. With Funchess signing for 13 million, albeit for one year, I don’t think you get Tyrell under 13. I would think 13 is the floor and that would be on a longer contract and with a decent guarantee.
  22. With Funchess in Indi, anyone think that makes Buffalo a huge possibility for Tyrell Williams?
  23. Leave it out until we sign Williams.
  24. Oh thank god. My top target in free agency.
