This exact same thing happened to me last year. It was pretty much my last straw with DTV before I “cut the cord”. They are slimy and reps will tell you the Sunday Ticket is free. Then conveniently the promotion isn’t applied.

The best was when the NFL said they don’t think it gives any competitive advantage. Ok... then explain to us why home teams win more than road teams 🙄 NFL logic.

My first thought when I saw Hard Knocks premiere tonight was “I didn’t even know there had been a training camp.” I’ll definitely give it a shot, but with no preseason games and all the COVID precautions and uncertainty I’m not sure I’ll finish it.

Entirely hit or miss in my experience. There is absolutely no uniformity to DIRECTV and their promotions anymore. The ATT buyout was the worst thing that ever happened to their retention department.
