  1. I still don’t understand why Jameis is the backup with all the preaching Sean Payton does about Taysom Hill being the heir to Brees.
  2. That is my belief as well. I can’t see a team ever being forced to accept a penalty. But I’ve been wrong before. I usually find it pretty telling about the call when they don’t show a replay. I always assume it was a blatantly horrible call that the NFL wouldn’t want shown. When a player is practically begging a coach to look at the replay, he has to be pretty certain he didn’t do anything wrong.
  3. This is the exact situation I always bring up when arguing against Lamar being any good. I’m not sold on Lamar and probably never will be. You can only live off 3-5 yard passes to TE’s and RB’s for so long.
  4. I was just talking to my wife about this. They lost to Seattle on the final play, and kept it close against the Chiefs in the first half with Brian Hoyer doing his best to hand the game away. They aren’t as bad as their record and it’s all thanks to Bill. He just gets amazing things out of sub par talent.
  5. Judging by the Patriots players reaction that is going to be a bad injury.
  6. Anyone remember the last time that play has actually worked? Against any team?
  7. “I don’t think it’s going to stay that way” as he’s watching a replay where the ball clearly never touches the ground.
  8. OMG I CANNOT TAKE THESE ANNOUNCERS. Hoping so ***** hard that ball hit the ground.
  9. Right now it’s the Kyler Murray show. When they both have two tds and Murray has about 30 more total yards 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
  10. They can decline the offside and negate the double foul. Double fouls are offsetting, but you can always decline a live ball penalty. Without the offside it isn’t a double foul and isn’t offsetting.
  11. Terrible penalty, but I can’t see block in the back being a previous spot foul at the NFL level. I would have to research rulebook references. But I know the Bills could have declined the offside. That would negate the double foul and, thus, the offset. Then the block in the back would have been enforced, which I believe is a spot foul. That run looked to be a 20 yard gain, so I think it would have resulted in around 1st and 5? Maybe 1st and 10. Depending on spots.
  12. Couldn’t they have declined the offside there, negating the double foul and then the block in the back is just enforced as a spot foul?
  13. This game is going to be on Josh. Defense is banged up and won’t be able to hold.
