  1. Troll predictions! - FilthyBeast starts covering up Tua trampstamp tattoo by roughly Week 5 as the season starts to slip away - AirSeven consults thesaurus for new ways to say "inconceivable" while stroking cat - Araiza Curse's Mom forgets to wire him internet money in October and we lose him for roughly a month Would love to hear yours as well
  2. It's not negative criticism that gets called out, it's clear and obvious trolling. There's like five that do it regularly, and Araiza Curse is like the dumb new kid of the group just now learning subtlety and trying to get away from vomiting up clear troll attempts. Just look at his circular brickhead responses. Kdiggz for example seems like a real poster with real concerns, however I think the real posters often find themselves supporting the troll idiots and giving them life because so few other real people share their genuine concerns.
  3. Alright alright fair, glad to stand corrected. Burrow kind of has that designer drug and martini look, I'm sure he parties.
  4. Do you think his mom still yells at him? You know she does
  5. Is it just me or has this been a terrible offseason for Kelce? Feels like he's constantly doing something annoying. I can't imagine Jones really appreciates this
  6. Actually now that I think of it even Brady got so trashed he needed help moving after the last TB SB win.
  7. Just Mahomes general Kermit the Frog aw shucks demeanor. Him being a dad. His insane wife. I don't know, he strikes me as very much Avocado Ice Cream in the robot mold of Brady as well. Could be completely wrong of course, but I've seen Josh with a beer several times on top of this (off the top of my head - Sabres game chug, several golf tournaments, the softball tournament) and am coming up empty thinking of Mahomes. I really don't think it's a big deal, more so just a curiosity mover.
  8. Well to be fair Giuseppe you recently trashed the city of Buffalo in one thread, and straight up said you dislike Josh Allen personally in this one. That's not exactly constructive criticism. You didn't just say you were concerned about his habits you said "I dislike him as a person" lol. I'm not the least bit concerned about Allen's training or preparedness but to be completely honest the massive hangover story is a slight bit eyebrow raising. I'm pretty convinced that Mahomes doesn't really ever do that, even occasionally.
  9. Need somebody who's done it before to some extent, as in even stepped on the field, won a game. Sign me up for Colt McCoy with the rest of the borings. If there's any way to further stick him on the PS and completely cleanse the current QB depth I'm all for it.
  10. Seems this has been debunked, but very surprised by the lack of Las Vegas Raiders mentions. Makes little sense with the already scare Crosby/Jones combo I know but that's exactly what the chaos agent Raiders do, now with Vegas flair. Always contenders to make a splash at all times.
  11. Good for him. I think people just overestimate the talent in this league, it falls off a cliff after the upper crust. Just look at QB - there's maybe 15 good ones? Now look at a list of some of the back-ups, some of it's hilarious. Is Sean Clifford still the back-up in Green Bay? I don't even know wtf Sean Clifford is. I feel like some of these guys win American Ninja Warriors Challenges and find their way on to NFL rosters as the #3. It's dismal out there. Ford is probably still a nearly above average talent all things considered.
  12. Uh, Wentz. Him and Josh have a connection too via Craig Bohl. Add the fact that Josh just said on the McAfee Podcast that Beane is keeping him aware of personnel decisions, which leads me to think that he's offering his opinion particularly for his support at least, and Wentz seems like the frontrunner. Not a fan. Would prefer Colt McCoy or maybe even Zappe now. McCoy is as lame and vanilla as they come but he's also one of the best bonafide #2s of the past decade. Regularly steps in to start and win games as recently as last year, has won games as a back-up for the past three on a bad team. That's all I really need.
  13. I like how everybody knew this is what they should do, and it just happened. Great job everyone. Seriously I like it a lot - solid vet that's apparently close to Hyde and Poyer. It certainly can't hurt and the upside seems tremendous.
  14. The Epenesa inclusion is suspect. You can't really compare the 54th pick to the 7th in terms of suspected output, and while AJ hasn't exactly become a force in the division, he was certainly productive with 6.5 sacks last year in limited time. I'm actually kind of excited to see what he can do this year. That's about what you might expect from the 54th pick - relevancy and production. This made me curious about what DEs were selected ahead of AJ in that draft: The list: 2 - Chase Young 20 - K'Lavon Chaisson 38 - Yetur Gross-Matos 47 - Marlon Davidson 48 - Darrell Taylor Wow that's far worse of a list than I expected. AJ is pretty much the clear #2 DE from that draft, the later rounds don't get any better. Now maybe you can argue that Beane should have gone elsewhere, but DE was a position of need and he ended up grabbing arguably the 2nd best prospect, sixth. That's pretty dang good GM'ing.
  15. I can't get over how old Rodgers looks in everything. I really do think NY is going to be more like Denver's situation last year than a SB contender. Tua is also arguably playing past his luck at this point and is one hit away from the Fish not having a QB. I don't get the hype either. The Bills are still the proven class of the division.
  16. The McShyamalanBeane twist is going to be that it was Dane Jackson being "showcased" all along. Hooo, gasp Will turn out that all the Elam doesn't get it chatter was the curveball. Elam and Benford subsequently both level up. Cam Lewis makes the team and and provides backend support along with Neal. Taron Johnson continues being the maniac that he is. Nobody really thinks Dane is the #2 on this team, cmon.
  17. Watch the last game or so all be smoke and mirrors to increase the Dane Jackson value. Elam and Benford both rise up with Neal, and Cam Lewis making the team, providing support.
  18. Even considering the ridiculousness of the shell of Trent Murphy this place would still do cartwheels if we grabbed a guy in the offseason that was coming off 6.5 sacks in limited time. Likely replaceable yes but why really, he may be just good enough or approaching just good enough to be more valuable than the hole he'd create. Many here act like it's Allen-Diggs and a team of journeyman with no depth, well AJ is a front runner for somebody who should be approaching dependable depth at his position.
  19. Maybe like 22 years at least, there was a lot to unpack in that comment
  20. We can go in infinite circles on this I'm sure but why are they not ready and how exactly is 15 minutes against the Bears going to dramatically change that? Desperation may be the best word for it unfortunately.
  21. No way. Not surprising in a sense but good lord the quality plummeted.
  22. Picking the Pats is something. Not sure if that something is pure laziness or a contrarian take of almost the trolling variety. I can swallow the argument that the AFC East is more competitive and that the Bills may not come out on top, but the Pats lol? MacDonkle isn't surving two rounds each of the Bills, Fish, and Jets, c'mon now. You've truly twisted yourself in a pretzel at this point. You have no foundation anymore. "Offensively they're probably still missing a few pieces..." uh you think?! Bro they're missing just about every single piece. You trolls always get way too greedy. Shouts to SaviorEdwards who at least attempted to maintain the art of subtlety.
  23. The risk is overplayed simply because there's no real benefit. Even if Josh marches down the field in 20 seconds is that really going to make a difference weeks from now? A knee injury on the other hand... I think the benefits of anything involving preseason is overplayed and and any argument for it is contradictory. These professionals that have scored touchdowns literally hundreds of times in their lives need to now do it against the Bears this week for it to really matter? Nah. If there's still that much desperation to "gel" at this point then McD's seat should be practically on fire.
  24. Yeah this is pretty weird, wonder if there's more to the connection. Otherwise you'd think any other QB from the last 30 years would have been a better idea. The complete randomness is the strangest part. If he say had a brother working as an assistant or something then I could maybe do the mental gymnastics to make this work.
  25. I edited while you were replying apparently, calm down maniac. I sincerely thought you were calling the game itself historic and edited once I figured out what you were saying.
