Feels like he's kind of been visibly wearing his frustration almost since he got there. Isn't he a good part of the reason why Carr is gone? Blech, can't do it for that alone, even if it is all fantasy. He's still a game changing mutant though. Almost has a potential Detroit debacle written all over it. Watch him head there, the team falls short in the playoffs, and he subsequently turns Goff back into a mess again putting Detroit back to QB square one.

James Cook I think this is the week he really puts himself out there as a gamebreaker and shows up as our number 2 scoring option behind Diggs, maybe even putting himself into the conversation of #1. Yeah, we need a better secondary option at WR and Kincaid hasn't exploded yet, but don't discount what Cook has been doing. He's also really one of our only options to match speed with speed. Dolphins have been bad against the run. I think Jimbo could go for 180 total, and two scores.

I’m surprised by how boring this comment was

We’ve talked about it before but he’s clearly the 2nd best DE from that draft which was loaded with DE flops. Beane made him the 6th DE picked, it’s an understated Beane win.
-
Fair enough, but just highlighting that some are tearing their hair out over Gibbs as well. If you Google him right now, top results include “another flop for Gibbs” and “what to do with Gibbs?” Most of these conversations are driven by gambling and fantasy so it’s a fair point if you’re praising the Lions for Laporta while ignoring their first round, blue chip running back. I’m personally of the mind that it’s been three weeks so who cares

Bills 37 Fish 20 Tua gets sidelined early, 2nd quarter or so, and the Bills run away it. Contrarian dorks bemoan the fact that the Bills didn’t beat a healthy Tua, but hey, durability counts.
-
Meanwhile some are already questioning the same about Jahmyr Gibbs ripping a hole in the theory about how amazing the Lions are.

His response will be “but many people on X agree with me”, rinse and repeat. Apparently finding one vague person elsewhere that shares his opinion is enough of a justification for going off the rails here. Dude has turned into an exhausting character. He’s about a month away from making flat earth claims.

Happy to hear that Justin Jefferson just had a cramp because that dude might obliterate the single season receiving yardage record this year. Terrible team, Cousins continues to be QB purgatory despite the gaudy stat lines, but my god Jefferson is a generational wide receiver. Really haven't seen anything like him on a week to week basis since peak Calvin Johnson.

Stopping the Miami Offense (and Tua the wizard) - Lets hear the ideas.
Nelius replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's a pretty amazing offense but I think people really need to consider how much of a trainwreck Denver is. Maybe historically bad considering that they threw a new QB and coach at the mess. That team straight up quit today, and it wasn't the first time in the past two seasons. Denver is an absolute dumpster fire. If the contrarians can hedge their opinion on Buffalo due to them only beating Howell and Jimmy G, then I can absolutely do the same when the Fish hang 70 on quite possibly the worst team in the NFL. Denver needs to stop getting a pass as a competent franchise, people have been completely wrong about them for 2 years now. -
Spoken like a real fan!

He's trying to dump on the Kincaid pick because it's difficult to say much else after the team wins 37-3. Desperate trolling, really.

Oh my god yes Tre. Couldn’t ask for a more inspiring D performance, this team gonna be good -
I don’t know man. More of a complaint against Herbert than praise for Tua. He just plays like such a robot, no fire. Could be the terrible organization, granted. edit - as he now goes 26/30 in a half, lol of course
-
Tua definitely better than Herbert for those still wondering
