I’m 43 and fat. Von looked like me playing with my kids on that whiff.

Josh didn’t sell that a bit but thankfully he’s a bull man

Good start!

Does McD kind of just spectate during offense? Still confused by this whole dynamic
-
WGR calls were ten times better
-
Honestly huge stop. A+ D

That blown face mask call makes the most ridiculous intentional grounding call that I’ve ever seen some how even more absurd. Refs really are damaging the product
-
Shame Gabe is a borderline #3 ghost now that Kincaid has arrived
-
That intentional grounding was just too weird
-
Kincaid walking normal already, just a stinger
-
You mean like a shredded throwing finger? We’ll see
-
It’s a tough game Burrow. That’s gonna hurt a lot worse in 30 mins
-
Keep hitting him, our only hope

Hurst weirdly ate us alive at TE last year. Had really hoped they would have fixed that. Deja vu indeed

They’ve been everybody’s cool new AFC pick for at least two weeks and were collectively top 5 in every single updated power ranking. You seem to really think you’re on to something with this Baltimore pick that millions are echoing…

Lol with comments like these you aren’t here for “good news” c’mon now

Turned out to be no Montez Sweat, anyway. The most interesting thing about Chase is that I still, for some reason, have him ranked ahead of AJ from that draft. Mainly just pedigree hangover. That draft was a wasteland of DE talent - Marlon Davidson, K’Lavon Chaisson, Gross-Matos, etc. All drafted before AJ and all graveyard nonsense. AJ is clearly 2nd to Young, which makes him a genius Beane era pick considering he went 6th among those DEs. If Chase flames out and AJ flexes 12 sacks this year, it’s a notch of more Beane genius.

Other AFC teams currently making the playoffs after us - Steelers, Browns If you spent any time watching either team this year, you know it’s worse football than Buffalo. And now Pickett is hurt. This board seems to often confuse having to be the number one most dominant destructive force, with like the 4th best, when it comes to the playoffs. The AFC North is going to be an absolute battle that will cannibalize at least one good playoff team and keep the window open even if we did continue messing around. We’re like a 75% playoff team right now, some of the takes here are insane.

I agree with the positive takes and the 22 year old upside, but it’s all a bit weird really, going back to his abysmal, looking lost play in the preseason. Worried he has the football equivalent of the yips (is that also the yips?) or something mental at this point. Was enough to end Knoblauch’s career.

I remember the year to year shock of losing Winfield. He stepped it up even further immediately in Minnesota and it was very obvious very early how much of an impact player he was and it just felt like we screwed up again. And then he made 3 pro bowls in his 30s.
-
He won’t respond but it was hilariously obvious. And technically it’s Douglas and a fifth for a third. That fifth should tip the scales for some. I don’t know where else we’d find a legit vet starter for less. He’s only 28 so even Madden dummies must know that starter + being under 30 is going to cost a bit. Had we shopped around a 6th for some 32 year old vet we all know the complaints would be about the age. Packers Twitter seems pretty split but the ones that are upset that he’s leaving are really upset and provide more reasoning. And pretty much all of them seem to say that “he’s a dog, toughest guy on the team, etc.” Hard to dislike this, laughable to dismiss it as nothing. Yes for aliens or absolute dummies that have spent 20 minutes on the NFL, this is accurate.

James Cook and Dalton Kincaid are two of mine

Many of us really aren’t, it’s just that a lot of trolls and contrarians have felt it more safe to filter back after we destroyed the Dolphins so the depression seems louder. Rightfully so really, as Buffalo hasn’t been very good lately. But it’s still ultimately Burrow vs Allen, and our guy is, knock on wood, clearly more durable. Their defense is suspect and Burrow is a calf strain away from it being a completely different team, it’s foolish to act like they’d win easily. All that said, old gun toting Joe Mixon always worries me against this team.

So silky in his movements, I don’t know another TE that moves like he does, the legendary Sam LaPorta included. That TD pass was a bit behind him but he didn’t even pause, just sucked the ball up at full speed. Impressive player.

McD on WGR now. Doubt anything new
