  1. Wait I thought the 40 year old hippie-lite QB coming off injury was going to be the difference maker?
  2. This seems like a lot of words to once again push your ridiculous “Josh in an unserious goofball” narrative that you’ve been vomiting up for about a year now. You also made no attempt to separate Morse and Tre from Diggs, as if they were all offloaded for being “meanies” that the “very unserious” Josh Allen didn’t like… Bad take rooted in bad faith. I look forward to revisiting early and often.
  3. Why does it feel like Shavers is a McD lock? I feel like it's either him or Hamler, and give me Hamler for general upside
  4. Zay it aint zo I've never understood how such a fringe, unspecial player could stick in the league for so long but then I saw that the Panthers brought back Jordan Matthews as a TE today. There's less talent than we all think apparently
  5. McDermott is pure twitchy Christian sinew and also a wrestler. He'd wreck two of you at once. You could brick a man like that in the head and he'd rush at you covered in blood and drain your oxygen, I don't care how old he is. McDermott would straight up make 99+% of the board cry, you don't have to be a fan.
  6. It feels over. He doesn't strike me as the ice in veins type and that's kind of what he needs to be now that the fanbase is focused on him and there's very little margin for random error. He wasn't particularly good anyway per stats already provided, so it's almost not even worth asking him to step it up and then essentially hope for the best. He needs to be the best Bass ever at this point which feels impossible. Just move on.
  7. Arron Afflalo Keon wins for Cliff Robinson
  8. We’ll see how your insanely awful plan that has no chance of ever happening, works out? What?
  9. That 1400 yard season from like 11 years ago is the outlier. He's pretty much Zay Jones Sr.
  10. Diggs may rot the team from the inside out but he's too crafty and self absorbed to let anything slip into public again. He doesn't want the stigma and I predict he'll be all smiles and boredom. And about 800 yards receiving.
  11. yeah man Big Ben legitimately scares women and looks like he stinks, all around trash heap from Fraggle Rock Tyreek Hill is up there and it feels like he could flip a switch and top AB at any minute
  12. Diggs aside, that's kind of a wild cheap shot by perennial injured Stingley on his teammate. I'd be cool with a Houston implosion.
  13. Probably just the Jonas Brothers.
  14. I really thought it was parody. I'm still trying to find evidence of it. It's like he's fully embraced the douche lately. He's proud to be the heel. He's the Gold Dust of NFL QBs right now.
  15. Brett Favre. Specifically early/mid 90s Packers era. Honorable mention to riding the Terrell Davis wave during his peak 3 years or so. Was such a force from as soon as he entered the NFL to that 2k season.
  16. But the reaction around here isn’t that Rodgers is a more than capable game manager that’s better than Wilson, it’s OMG fear the great Aaron Rodgers. I agree with everything you said, but that’s not the contrarian argument. I don’t agree that Rodgers is still an automatic top 5 that guarantees NY the division.
  17. Why are many of you so worried about nearly 41 year old Aaron Rodgers? The expectation around here seems to be that he’ll simply just regain his MVP form…despite turning 41 during the season, despite coming off a major injury, despite still being new to playing in NY, despite increasing media and “extra curricular” obligations, etc etc etc. A “healthy” Aaron Rodgers in 2024 just doesn’t incite the automated fear and respect in me that so many of you seem to have. Tua is more concerning.
  18. Somebody talked about Aaron Hernandez yesterday as if having an actual murdering psycho on your team is necessary for Super Bowl rings. Like, they’d rather have that than “just another team captain ho hum”. I like everything I’ve seen about Coleman so far.
  19. Underwhelming, but are the daily doom sayers really throwing a fit over DJ Chark now lol? Look, I get he may have won you a fantasy football game 5 years ago but there’s not much daylight at all between Cephus and Chark in 2024.. Crying because this guy isn’t DJ Chark is frankly pathetic. We’re like an argument away from some of you pounding the table for Adam Humphries at this rate.
  20. You wanted Anthony Gould that badly? We've still got like 4 more picks for a similar, low ceiling project.
  21. Since we're obsessed with 40 times and they're the end all of speed considerations.... Ty Johnson - 4.40 Cook - 4.42 Shakir - 4.43 So that's now four fast guys including Samuel, now in addition to Coleman and Kincaid. Oh and just since he's still on the depth chart, although I don't expect anything, Isabella ran a 4.3 Are you arguing we need more 4.2 guys or something? Since like 3 of them exist in the league? Some of these reactions are insane. It's also interesting to note that of the fastest 40 times clocked, that none of them ever did anything other than Chris Johnson. Most were simply track stars that have had worse careers than Marquise Goodwin.
  22. I’m just not cool with letting Worthy fall directly to Mahomes. Oh hey, he’s good enough for the best QB in the league, but he’s not good enough for our guy? What effing planet are we on They better get Franklin at this point. No diamond in the rough bull####. Get the proven man. Franklin and McConk are it, Go get them
  23. I think this is the correct vent thread. We’re simply not smarter than the Chiefs. To even dream so is madness. We should have taken Worthy. Idgaf about small this or that. He’s good enough for Mahomes, he’s good enough for Allen. There’s no need to be creative with this *****. We better get Troy Franklin
  24. Cousins has been QB purgatory death camp for years. I respect his grind and how he got people excited last year. Saw the tik tok vids, tee hee. But he will always be the middling QB that never gets you over the hump. He’s well behaved Jay Cutler at best. Ryan Tannehill+. Frankly the worst QB1 possible because it can stifle all growth. But he could potentially be the best QB2 in the league for years, if he accepts it, immediately. Highly doubtful considering his known ego.
  25. Penix? We really talking bout Penix? Saw the last minute talking head surge but didn’t anticipate him going 8th overall or ahead of McCarthy. Atlanta doing some interesting, borderline weird *****, this off-season, especially if the shunning Belichick rumors are true. They’ve been a boring team for awhile so I can’t lie, they’ve got me interested. Miami grabbing Chop at 21 is interesting, but makes sense.
