  1. It's pretty awful. Call it what you want but at best it's terribly inconsistent and/or unprofessional because they're too dumb to get it right. Most likely though there's some push from somewhere. The widespread gambling surge probably doesn't help either.
  2. Didn't they call at least one designed run for him after the injury too? Yikes. Hope it's not serious. Get well soon, Josh.
  3. Screaming about the refs.
  4. Don’t disagree with the McBeane point but no the refs also screwed us.
  5. Kind of numb, also feel dumb for continuing to support this product as if it’s really anything more than the WWF.
  6. Wow fantastic time for Haack to show up. Awesome punt
  7. Game of the year. Josh Allen forever, the only reason we’re here but that was pass interference against Diggs.
  8. Lol I somehow forgot about the Cody Ford whiff.
  9. Anybody responsible for the defensive line needs to go. 4 picks in the first 2 rounds, 26th in sacks. We’ll drop lower after this game.
  10. One of the more underrated disappointments of the game. He’s been terrible, looks lost.
  11. Seriously looks like some of this o-line is quitting mid-play. Just watching guys run by them.
  12. Sticking around for the melt downs. This is an epic collapse.
  13. Christmas lights it is. Embarrassing. Blow it up.
  14. We knew coming into this that we have nobody who can stop Mike Evans. He’ll probably get another one today.
  15. Embarrassing display but insanely lucky to escape with only giving up 3. Somehow sort of in this.
  16. There are a lot of reports right now about it being due to a car accident. Way too early overall but we can probably chill on the overdose, etc. talk for the time being. There's a very good chance that this legend who was well known for giving to the community just died from complications due to a car accident. Awful.
  17. I don't disagree with your general overall point and have been expressing some serious concern about development, but Diggs is 28, in incredible shape, has world class training, and is often elusive enough to escape a big hit. He'll be good for years.
  18. Man this one hurts. He was always a favorite. RIP Demaryius.
  19. Yes, I don't know why anybody would be opposed to this. Agreed that it's typically blocking first and if you can block, anybody can run, but a hungry back can always surprise. He had 2 TDs and 5 ypc in garbage time against Miami last year, that's good enough for me considering the alternatives. Let's see what he can do.
  20. Coached, developed, how ever you want to put it I think the answer is unfortunately yes, particularly for the d-line and RB's. D-line has shown some flashes but there have just been too many 1-2 round picks for somebody to not be taking over by now. There are currently 10 players with at least 10 sacks this year, and nobody on Buffalo is anywhere close. And it's not because everybody's eating - this team is 27th in total sacks. How is that not a failure at some level considering how many picks we've used in the top of the draft recently, in addition to FA's we've brought in? Same can be said for RB for obvious reasons. Singletary and Moss weren't reaches.
  21. Agree that it's probably coaching first, but at this point I'm also concerned with the talent. Primetime Zeke would probably move the chains a bit more on this offense, as would a Javonte Williams or Najee Harris for example. Playcalling does seem awful too though so it is hard to gauge overall I guess, but I just don't think there's a single back on this active roster that has it in them to really impact a game. I don't get why people hate the Antonio Williams idea, though? It's very optimistic yeah but at this point in the season that's also basically it. Why not play him? What other option is there? I guess we can just continue to hope that Matt Breida suddenly becomes the back he's never really been, or I guess Singletary finally starts running faster lol. C'mon. I don't have much real hope in Antonio Williams but he's truly the only hope there is, the other 3 aren't going to surprise you down the stretch.
  22. I actually thought about Olandis Gary when I posted that, good call. Cadillac Williams as well, etc. I don't disagree with your your point, but I still stand by mine - this goes back to the RB's are a dime a dozen BS - yes you need a good line, but you also need a pretty decent back. I'm not talking about the line, that's a separate subject. I'm talking about the back, and ours aren't delivering and are incredibly underwhelming. Want to offer more commentary on our current running backs?
  23. No. This thinking infuriates me as a fan, sorry. I saw the same logic after we lost to the Titans. I want pure domination, not mental gymnastics about how we may be the 4th best team in the AFC.
  24. Mike Evans is a first ballot Hall of Famer currently on a record pace and he will probably catch a ton of footballs against this team, it's a given, especially with Tre out. He doesn't get the right amount of credit. Defense will have their hands full, so the offense needs to do something. If they can't figure out this running game which seems very unlikely, then Diggs needs more targets than he's had all year. And Beasley. Warm weather game so I need 25+ targets between the two, really, if they have any hope of keeping up. I'm expecting a huge Diggs game, win or lose. Josh/Diggs/Beasley, maybe Knox need to put this on their back next week. Less plodding running backs. Let Allen air it out.
