The good offensive minds are able to scheme guys open. This isn't 1987 where the passing game was essentially receivers trying to beat corners one on one. I'm not saying our receivers are good, but the offensive staff does them no favors.

I don't think Daboll's run scheme does them any favors, but it's certainly an issue. The pass pro has indeed been decent. They're obviously an extremely unathletic unit and that needs to be addressed in the offseason. Offensively, it's tough to gauge whether it's the playcalling or the talent because every single aspect is suspect. I do think Teller could be a player going forward, but I'm also grasping at straws trying to find something positive in this godforsaken season.

I didn't notice him, which is usually a good thing for an offensive lineman. I liked Teller coming into the season and still feel like he's got a decent chance to be a quality NFL guard.

Why is it relevant that Daboll left Alabama? That means absolutely nothing to the Bills. If the offense was bad, his coaching performance could be justified by the lack of talent. When the offense is HISTORICALLY bad and the offensive coordinator has a poor track record as offensive coordinator, he probably needs to go.

Fret not my fellow Bills fan. Acceptance is right around the corner!

You're telling me the entire purpose of the atrocity I'm witnessing is to acquire a top 5 pick. I'm telling you that Mike Williams was a top 5 pick and was garbage. I know, I know. Beane would NEVER screw up a top 5 pick because his track record of success is second to none. I suppose the problem is that some of us just don't have enough faith and not the sh*t product they're putting on the field every week. It's the fast food generation and TwitSpace I tell ya!

My point is that top 5/10 picks don't mean nearly as much as you seem to think, as our last 3 have proven. One top 5 pick is not going to change the trajectory of this franchise unless it's a quarterback, and we already (supposedly) have one. They are not tanking for a pick. They're just not any good.

It's kind of easy to be an unabashed homer in Riverside. Somehow, I don't think you'd be quite so forgiving if you were actually spending money on tickets to watch this so called "process" unfold. The crying schtick is really tired. Get some new material.
