  1. Really. I can't believe a young coach would throw some meaningless compliments at Bill Belichick pre-game. Shocking! If he were really some WizKid, he would have got right up in his mug and told him that he was a moron.
  2. Don't think you had to look this far to find a comparison. Carson Wentz and Josh Allen had nearly identical combine numbers. While Wentz has proven a good deal more as a passer, Allen plays faster than his 40 time would indicate. Either way, these two were pretty much clones physically coming into the league.
  3. Haha. I don't remember the specific Tuesday, but there's a pretty good chance I was drunk or at the very least drunkISH.
  4. This really isn't about the L.A market. Overall ratings generally don't have a great deal to do with a team's rabid home fanbase. This was just not a particularly exciting matchup. People are tired of the Pats and the Rams don't have an established, well known QB outside of football circles.
  5. Incorrect. Why would you need to tag a player under contract? Just think it through.
  6. Yeah, the technicality threw me off a bit, but it's like the least important part of the story. I don't think AB is salvageable at this point. Kind of shame. Guy had a pretty rough upbringing, wasn't drafted high, and became one of the best in the game. Now it's one crazy incident after another.
  7. No. But I find it hard to believe he was trying to hit the 2 year old. Thank God the kid is OK. Either way, that's not the main takeaway from the article. Just struck me as odd. AB is really tarnishing an amazing career. Oh, I have no doubt he threw the stuff. You'd have to be one sick puppy to aim for a 2 year old as the article seems to suggest.
  8. Cooper Kupp is UNDERRATED. Offense wasn't the same after the injury. Goff is a product of the system IMO. Not a big fan.
  9. I don't think there's any real merit to it, but it's something that talking heads will bring up. The number of titles in football is vastly different than the number of titles in basketball as has been pointed out. I do think it's something people will naturally discuss as MJ is widely considered the greatest athlete of all time(debatable I'm aware). The fact that they both have six titles is naturally going to get attention. This is pretty much what they do on PTI. Meh.
  10. How in the world does one from the continent of Australia CHOOSE to be a Bills fan? You're a glutton for punishment, aren't you?
  11. I would say that it's not likely to be a huge problem in terms of acquiring personnel as most NFL players are people of "faith." I will say it's a really stupid attitude to take. I could have sworn that people here said up and down that the whole McBeane/religion thing was overblown. If this is from a direct quote, that's a really bad look.
  12. Well I agree that it was the running game, but that was largely the Shanny/Kubiak scheme. Look how many RB's put up big numbers in that system after TD left.
  13. I'm sorry. That sounds like a difference without a distinction. "We don't care if you're religious, but we'd love for you to take your religion seriously." Religious litmus tests have zero place in an NFL organization.
  14. Wait. We're talking about the middle sack, correct? Obviously the third is Mario. Still believe you're correct if we're talking the second one.
  15. I could have sworn at first glance it was a 5, but I believe you are correct. Don't think Eddie could have brought that kind of force and it appears like NINETY four after a few more views.
  16. Yarbrough (I assume unless it's old) light him up! He was somehow blindsided when 99 percent of quarterbacks would have sensed the pressure. And THAT is why Tannehill is Tannehill.
  17. You must be a Wilson Phillips fan. Hope the family finds some kind of comfort.
  18. As a head coach without Brady, Belichick has two winning seasons out of 8 with ONE playoff victory. Brady has never been the QB of a losing team and will be making his 9th SB appearance having already won 5. Just sayin...
  19. Fair enough. I'm still not interested in a 35 year old linebacker who plays the same spot as Matt Milano, arguably the Bills best defender. Rather use the spot on a younger guy who can play special teams. If it weren't for Lorax, it would make more sense. He already serves the role as veteran "mentor."
  20. They'll both end up making millions of dollars and living in a big ol’ mansion somewhere, soaking it up in a hot tub with their soul mate.
  21. Truthful hyperbole.? But Tanny does suck. I get a little nervous against the Fish when he's out. He played his best game against us in Miami this season, but mostly just trash.
  22. That kind of defies the logic that they're planning to tank. Can't get much worse than ole' Tanny.
