  1. Your condescending nature is cute young fella, but the mega'hate for Edmunds is silly. Try and grasp the concept of our MLB being the best LB on the field in our biggest game of the year is something to be applauded. 12tackles,6 of them solo and a team leading 5 QB pressures helped us win the game. Is it Edmunds hair that bothers you?
  2. I agree with the idea of not calling him a bust yet, but he needs to contribute down the stretch and in the playoffs because this team with disproportionate investment on the D-line at the expense of fortifying our O-line and RB depth, must get more production out of AJ, Rousseau and Boogie.
  3. Don't mention Jax, we underperformed and deserved the L. Tenn, and Tampa were killers because Josh slipped at 1 yard line in Tenn, and the officiating was disgraceful according to objective reporting in Tampa. Not calling the PI on Diggs in regulation was unprofessional. NE in the weather game ran the ball effectively and stopped 2 long drives in the 4th qtr, earning the W. All things considered, 11 and 4 could have been our record because we outplayed Tenn and Tampa.
  4. Edmund's strength is movement and length. He could be elite if he instinctively sniffed out running lanes and inside receiver throws. Right now, he excels with QBs that zero in on receivers without deception, and running plays that aren't cutback blocking schemes. If a LB coach or just plain experience can get him more instinctual, look out.
  5. This guy has been an abject failure. He has 2 games to show Beane's proper use of high draft choice. He's got speed but he lacks the physicality to get pressures or be a force in the run or screen game. Maybe He's struggling with an injury. Hopefully he plays with aggression and a sense of urgency. If we want to advance past the 1st rd, this defense has to make a statement these last 2 games.
  6. You have to believe he's been nicked up this year, because he played better in previous seasons. Hopefully the break helps.
  7. The silver lining in the players activated after missing one or two games is that they will be fresh and ready to play getting treatment throughout their absence. Feliciano should provide better performance as depth if Bates gets starts. We look to be getting healthy on offense going into prime time.
  8. He got blocked by an O-lineman and at 3 other guys overran the play including Johnson. Big deal, how about the 12 tackles,6 solo and the QB pressures. No comment huh.
  9. Kill Edmunds every game is your mantra. 12 tackles, 6 unassisted and plenty of stunt pressures, making Jones uncomfortable. What are you watching? The guy runs down backs and you say he didn't make any plays. Hopefully the next guy they bring in will make some big plays. Edmunds plays every down and is always available.
  10. Frazier went coverage instead of sending blitzes. We couldn't get any real pressure that way against a stout NE O-line. I think that approach will change against teams like Cinn, Tenn, KC.
  11. The defense is still a bit spotty. Overrunning the blocking schemes hurts us with long runs every game. The good news is that we play hard and on NE 2nd long drive we made them take 8+ minutes off the clock. We were also opportunistic with the Hyde interception and ensuing 2 drives. I thought Edmunds was really good. He was very physical and flying around running down balk carriers like few inside LBS could. Overall, if we play that type of defense, we'll win most games because our offense will put up 30.
  12. This should be a rude awakening for the Bills detractors, with respect to the Patriots. It's abundantly clear that the conditions took the Bills advantage away last game in Buffalo. With normal Dec/Jan conditions and the O-line playing like today, the Bills will impose their will on NE anytime they play.
  13. Glory days with Tommy B dominating Buffalo are distant memories.
  14. This is the most repugnant media and fanbase in football. Maybe they can ponder their future with Mac Jones playing from behind. He's at most a good game manager. When he has to throw to catch up, it's curtains.
  15. Maybe this game righted the ship and we can march into the playoffs with conviction and momentum. Believe it, no team wants to face playing like this.
  16. You could be right. I was thinking the same thing as they marched up and down the field all day long.
  17. It doesn't matter, this guy will be best for many years. The league will understand who he is.
  18. Too bad, Ike was starting to play well. Bates showed up thankfully.
  19. Unbelievable performance in a huge game. Didn't see that coming.
  20. McKenzie needed to have a game like this. He was a gadget guy and return man. Don't blame Sean if he inexplicably fumbled the kickoff against Indy and gave the indication he might be a fumbler. Now he showed resiliency and big time talent as a inside receiver. Let's see how Dabol uses him going forward. It's not as if we have a need at receiver. We have the best receiving corp in the AFC.
  21. Aaron Rodgers loves Kumerow and he has played in big games and produced. I think he will have opportunities and be big for us.
  22. Their jobs are safe, but it creates doubt where there was high expectations after their breakout season. They were a few good plays away from a better record(Tenn,Tampa and NE),but at some point losing all the close ones puts a cloud over the team.
  23. This is judgement day for the Bills organization. The ability to beat a good divisional opponent with the division on the line will shed light on our coaching staff and Beane's personnel decisions. I want to see physicality, discipline and a sense of urgency from these underachieving Bills. We are better than this team. Make this our line in the sand game.
  24. Now Dion, justify that Pro Bowl selection and shut down Judon+Co. If this gives Josh time in the pocket, it's pretty meaningful and the image of O-lineman playing out of position, especially after the Brown performance, is quite terrifying in the biggest game of the year. Bills 27 -17.
  25. It's like we're going by the seat of our pants and reacting instead of being proactive. Why is it so hard to get tests? We knew this strain was super transmittable
