  1. Damn! Arrived 45 minutes too late to say he's never really recovered from that core injury!
  2. I listen to Joe Marino's pod every weekday morning, it drops just in time for my morning work commute. As a fan from across the pond, I feel much more informed these days having listened to it regularly. Like someone else mentioned above... he's really polished and could well end up doing something bigger/national someday.
  3. I'm as optimistic as they come... ...but I think Bass is a bust.
  4. Fair enough 😀 I'm actually a Knox fan and really hope he comes good... he's got everything going for him and just needs a decent run of luck. Just couldn't resist the joke... it was screaming to be typed!
  5. Proves he can catch something!
  6. I would agree regarding Jordan Phillips. I can remember at least 3 of his sacks where he wasnt engaged by the OL at all and he walked straight onto the QB.
  7. Apologies if it's already been mentioned on this thread, but i'm not hearing much about the supposed 'upgrade' in DL coach in Eric Washington in relation to the poor performance of the DL this season. I'm not close enough/knowledgable enough to accuratley compare him with his predecessor, but all the talk in the off season was this was a huge upgrade. From what I read/hear on the DL there doesnt seem to be much scrutiny on Washington's impact and the blame seems to lie solely with Frazier/the players.
  8. I often think to myself how nice it would be to walk past someone and say that... and have it said back to me with a knowing nod and a bit of a fist bump threw in for good measure. Sadly... it is extremely unlikely to happen unless I jump on a plane! Although shout out to poster 'Dont stop Billieving' who I learned last week resides a half hour away... so maybe that changes soon. Anyway... Go Bills!
  9. Portadown isnt really that nice if we're being honest... but thanks for saying as much anyway 😀 we like it. The Ireland based guys are in danger of derailing this thread so I'll keep this as brief as possible... my Bills fandom began in 1990 when I was 11. I knew little about the sport at all until a friend bought Madden 90 for his sega megadrive. We were hooked...I liked the Bills colours (plus you couldn't stop Thirman Thomas) and ended up loving the game... which got me interested in the real thing. Of course 4 traumatic superbowl experiences followed and the mental scars still exist now but sure I'm alive and things are looking up again! You mention converting your workmates to the Bill's... this recent form and Josh Allen's performances is having that effect. I have a Vikings supporter mate who told me last week he is firmly on the Bills bandwagon for this season at least. Once I'm working in Belfast again I'll maybe drop you a message. Cant think of any bars in Belfast off hand that show games on a Sunday evening, but I'm sure there's a few.
  10. I'm Northern Ireland born and bred myself. Live in Portadown, half an hour up the road from Belfast. I work in Belfast on occasion. It's good to know there's at least 1 more Bills fan on this stretch of land. It's mostly 49ers, Raiders, Cowboys and (spit) Patriots it would seem.
  11. Me too bud (Northern Ireland). Still have to get up early and bring the kids to school though.
  12. Completely irrelevant to the footballl, but i must admit i couldnt get this post out of my head whilst out walking the dog there! 3 beers in almost 12 (TWELVE!) hours prior to kick off? I like a good drink as much as the next man but there's no way i'm watching a game 12 hours into a days drinking. Are you planning a power nap later on for a recharge? If not - fair play to you. I'll maybe need to re-evaluate my man status.
  13. Is the Tyler Kroft interception agains the Rams 1 of those 4 INTs? If so, i would wipe that off. You beat me to it! Just.
  14. 2 key guys potentially missing for the Chiefs: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/chiefs-injury-updates-following-week-5-vs-raiders/ar-BB19V5vm
  15. Thanks for the answers to my query above guys. 👍👍
  16. Apologies if this has been asked/mentioned earlier in the thread, I had a look and couldn't see it... Whilst the Titans Covid listed personnel havent been able to participate in team activities, have they been able to participate in virtual sessions with coaching staff to discuss gameplan/tactics etc. for the Bills game? Thanks.
  17. Any chance he is Mahomes' personal S&C coach? Or is that just wishful thinking?!
  18. The Silence of the Rams
  19. Go Bills Really looking forward to this one... a good test of where we are.
  20. Best first touchdown catch ever? Probably. Congrats Gabe Davis. Now for some D
  21. The garden must be rosy, because i currently have no issues with any of the guys in the poll! However... I'll be watching Bass like a hawk over the next few weeks.
  22. Got chills there ... and havent even watched the video yet! Viva los BILLS!
  23. I would agree with that. We all noted Josh's lack of experience (compared with Darnold/Mayfield etc.) coming out of the draft but could it actually become an advantage over time rather than a disadvantage in that he entered the NFL in no doubt that he needed to devote himself to improving as much as he can on all facets of his game. Whereas some of the other guys potentially thought their skill levels were at a level that they didn't fully embrace that improvement mindset like Josh has. just a theory.
  24. According to Thad Brown, Josh had a bit of an up and down day with the camera and at times failed to keep Oliver in shot.
  25. Thanks Yolo ... if you have the time would you mind just making some cool stuff up and posting it anyway!! A few sacks for Oliver and laser accurate bombs from Allen! Seriously though ... thanks for all your updates over the past couple of weeks and going forward. As someone who doesnt use Facebook/Twitter I really appreciate being kept up to date through this forum.
