  1. So right around the time we had to find a way to fill the void left by 3 of our best defensive starters.
  2. Our society has either peaked or collapsed....both?
  3. Not really the ref was a part of it, but Lamar taking a dumb safety is the major highlight of it.
  4. If the guy is able to get back up to speed again he's going to be fired up, you could hear it in his interview about having a great year cut short from the injury, he's had to have been wanting to tear things up out there.
  5. In the endzone 20 yards back, and he basically ran directly at the ref, like who do you have in a footrace Lamar Jackson or a backpedaling referee? Then he clears the guy trips on his own feet and can't possibly get the ball back to the line of scrimmage while he's obviously in the grasp. All of which would have not been a turnover and cost 2 points if he hadn't ran all the way back into his own endzone.
  6. Yeah if we'd had 13 games like that Allen wouldn't be the MVP candidate on our team it'd be Cook or the O-line.
  7. In a way he did die, when his heart stopped it wasn't going to start beating on it's own. He was effectively dead but his body was in good enough working order still that they were able to work on him and jump start his heart and he was able to come back.
  8. Gronk continuing to show how badly his brain works/worked complains that it would have been okay if his teammate hadn't already downed Tre, conveniently ignoring the fact that he was out of bounds anyway.
  9. Don't be a dream killer McDermott.
  10. No not really, in the current field if that number includes him not having all those picks, then at best he'd be someone I'd say could win it with two more good games to close out the season with the 1 seed with how the league treats the MVP as a QB award. I'd still feel somewhat neutral about it.
  11. Not the Rams either. The idea behind this game was that the Bills and Chargers would both be contenders down the stretch maybe for top seeds in the playoff and their divisions. In the end only one them kind of is.
  12. Get put in a weird position when saying that Lamar shouldn't be MVP, get accused of just hating on Lamar, and it's like no he's having a good season he's doing fine this year, he's just not having an MVP season.
  13. and in that game Bass makes a FG with the season on the line coincidence? 🤷‍♂️
  14. I was wondering if they'd had him talk to the media since then when this popped up, but I guess this is his first interview.
  15. Yeah I'm sure they're more than fine with the actual resurgence in their play over the reward.
  16. He's a backup safety still being a backup safety and everyone just hopped on some hate train that he was only being kept because of the incident. No he's still in the role he's been having it's just unlike last year our starting safety hasn't been on IR since week 2 while the other one has been repeatedly out games forcing him to start essentially all season.
  17. We make it to the Super Bowl and face the Eagles I guess we know the plan for the Tush Push.
  18. I mean yeah it's rough, but it's hard not to get if he was playing we'd be in a bad way because he's not even the backup tackle he's the backup backup tackle, while Jones coming back is us getting back the other half of the yin and yang of DT duo that was red hot at the start of the season and Ed's still been managing be a monster with the guys filling in.
  19. It would be hilarious if he was just gassing up the Chiefs and not even playing them. Also not great a thing as that was to say, actually listening to it, I kind of get what he's saying basically saying it's more of a schemed secondary than one with shutdown corners. Getting a really good WR stuck on the Vikings has worked out for us before.
