  1. Yeah Floyd made perfect sense, I'm sure he'd love to be back but he's not unaware of the cap situation and how much he's worth.
  2. Honestly what really sucks is that Bass made his first FG. 😭 If he'd missed that one we'd have been down 6 and only been going for the TD.
  3. Even I suspected a fake punt, it's called hey they probably might want to go for it here at this point with how the game is playing out. Which makes relying on the element of surprise really dumb.
  4. He's on the roster I wouldn't be surprised if they brought in competition maybe but he's got an offseason to get right.
  5. They should definitely interview out there since they have to anyway to get a look at more good offensive minds.
  6. Everyone is crapping on him, but before this year he'd been solid.
  7. Kind of a ridiculous question considering we missed the kick, like why wouldn't we have preferred the possibility of Allen making a play than the certainty of the losing reality.
  8. Maybe he'll find his way into a system that'll use him in a way that works for him, even when he sort of did things right here lately he'd either not be where Josh wanted him or drop it. At least way too often.
  9. So you're saying they can't tie and cause some sort of double elimination? Lions all the way.
  10. Doubt Gabe is here next year though he would be cheap now, but point still stands that I'm guessing Josh is real sick of seeing a WR going in the opposite direction of where he threw the ball. Yeah I'm sure he's going to get his game plan set up, like he's a vet he knows he does literally have to take time off and recover but he definitely sounds like he wants to get back at it, plus the change in his role as a leader on the team sounds like he wants to get everyone on the same page.
  11. Allen explained it perfectly, you can't boil an entire game down to 1 play not that pass not the kick or even one of the drops. Fact is one of those plays get made maybe the game is different, defense makes some plays maybe it's different, the point is you can't put it on 1 player like that it's absurd. Allen probably will be thinking about that throw all offseason though because that's just how it is.
  12. Yeah the defense managed to be solid without him, it had been great.
  13. Honestly it's fine, all of this ***** just take it and put on the board, it's the offseason Josh sounded so frustrated that he had to stop practicing ready to get back at it wanting to keep how well he's throwing going and everything. This is the ***** that goes on the ceiling that keeps you up and gets you back looking at film and back working and maintaining the mechanics and working with your pass catchers. Nothing we can do about it just add it to the list.
  14. You could definitely hear that, also kind of weird you'd think he'd be sore from all the hits and what not, but it was like it was making him stronger, I know that's not how it works but the guy is a maniac.
  15. I think the cap issue is somewhat overblown the number will go up by a big amount again and Bean is a wizard, not to mention if there is anything can do to help he's going to do it, within reason obviously. Defense could still be great if we stick with McDermott calling plays getting Milano and Benford back for year 2 with a whole offseason together. Also another offseason for Williams to develop, also I'm just not as worried about McDermott finding ways to fill in the gaps in the secondary White will also be back. Another leap, what's he going to start levitating and shooting lasers out of his eyes?
  16. Right Bean wouldn't even finish his sentence only to be surprised that Chicago had offered multiple additional 1st round picks he hadn't asked for and sprinted from Chicago to Buffalo to shake hands on the deal.
  17. They asked him he answered, and it's not like he was bad, and unlike Dorsey he actually adjusted to defenses.
  18. Kincaid, Shakir, hopefully a healthy Diggs, and a rookie WR/who they bring in no way they don't do something. Allen seemed locked in on those skill guys in the press conference his frustration is extreme. Plus continuity on an O-Line that actually performed well, I wouldn't be surprised if the offense was very good next season.
  19. Mahomes was better in the same way that someone riding a bullet train is faster than someone driving a car.
  20. Season as a whole is a failure obviously, at the start with that defense and this offense they should have won the whole damn thing, defense died in London and McDermott began bandaging and puppeteering the corpse from that point on. Offense was captained by a guy wearing a brown paper bag and no eye holes. Replaced halfway but injured #1 weapon and no other outside weapon kept it from being truly dominant. Season from the Broncos/Eagles game is a success in that there's no way we should have expected to do that with where we were at that point. But still a failure in the way that if you're not going to make it then in the end all you ever do is damage you're draft position and make next season's games harder. 🤷‍♂️
  21. Wasn't he the one guy who had a shot at a sack, and of course didn't bring Mahomes down.
  22. Right just compare the Shakir TD and the wide open TD to Kelce.
  23. It did seem different from previous ones he seemed angry in his postgame like not overtly but like underneath the surface. The end of the year presser definitely seemed locked in sounded like he was frustrated that he had to not practice right now. But it's offseason now and he has to take a break, but he doesn't want to lose how well the ball is coming out and clearly wants to get back to it. Definitely could pick up bits in pieces from it like it sounded like he'll be involved with working with his playmakers in the offseason, though he also seemed to have to note around the same time about the pieces not being set. Though he definitely identified a group at the end I wouldn't be surprised he's keyed in on.
