I think at least one of the quotes and the things he wrote around it were something he hung on to for a while. The part around the whole 13 seconds thing he's quoting someone and says that they're currently happy on another team and the way the whole thing looks it's probably either Levi Wallace or Jerry Hughes but neither of them are even starting anymore. So it's like he wrote it a while ago and didn't think that things might not be going so great for them anymore.

Thought this was pretty funny, also if you pay attention it seems that Dak decided it was a good idea to take a shot at every team he has left on his schedule, yes including us.

Hell the narrative about Belichick now is that without Brady there putting up with it and them winning his ridiculous hardass schtick would wear pretty thin and they wouldn't be such a FA destination anymore. It was pretty hilarious watching that player basically twitter-GM calling all these players to come to the team and none of them did.

It’s Chiefs week - and the season is on the line

Well it's clearly different in that you really can't see that as potentially complimenting a terrible group of people. Not a great analogy I guess in that well they did win on the road exclusively until they didn't and then they never won at home. It's an awful and inappropriate analogy to have been made, but the "if evil can accomplish this then imagine what we can accomplish' doing things the right way," aspect of the whole thing is pretty much lost in this whole controversy. Which is as inconsiderate an idea as the analogy was that part at least paints him in a better light than the idea that it was simply look how good these terrorists worked together. Even if the season doesn't play out like we hope and they miss the playoffs and McDermott gets fired, it's not like the next HC is going to want this guy anywhere near his players or coaches.

The attitude Dawkins is saying the team has sounds right, guess we'll see how it looks though. -

It's nice that you've talked yourself into the win not mattering but it in no way helped your draft position it only hurt it, if it somehow didn't hurt it your now in position to actually damage it if you somehow have another meaningless win. -

As much of a nightmare as that'd be for us, that'd kind of also be a nightmare for them, just completely ruin their draft picks by somehow making the playoffs, though I guess like us if you did it on a roll like that you'd have confidence in doing something....though I can't see how you'd have confidence in that team at all. -

I saw the first and it's a decent movie, but as good as Cruise can act knowing how the character is supposed to be you can notice kind of a translation error from the book version to the movie. Guy's supposed to be 6'5" and Tom Cruise is 5'7" he does his best acting physically imposing and is great in action scenes and stunts but you can't act a foot taller. -

Alan Ritchson is such a better fit than Tom Cruise. -

Why didn't it work, because they were completely prepared for it, they had zero worry about any other play. -

How does it make sense to burn more time because you couldn't spot the ball? -

To be fair that also sums up how Mahomes and the Chiefs have been playing this season too. -
