  1. I don't know after the Broncos game I became less certain about McDermott, things were definitely wrong with the team and there needed to be a change. I'd definitely hesitate to just clear McDermott's name because of one game I'd like some consistency first. It was definitely either a bad night or certainly an awkward night for Dorsey, generally you'd think if he got along well with his players he'd be happy they played well, but it definitely painted him in a poor light.
  2. Our Offensive and Defensive rankings combined with our team's record are like some sort of terrifying riddle.
  3. Clemons out there continuing to make poor decisions. Like I get why people are calling it a flop, but at the same time the best thing to do in that situation is to stay down until it gets cleared enough for you to get up.
  4. I mean it remains to be seen if they can be consistent at this level, Dorsey had good games too, but this was a very good game for the Offense, sure they kicked a lot of FGs early on. But you can't just ignore how good a defense they were up against or the situation they were in switching to an interim OC. Given the circumstances and what they were up against it was a great performance, now they just have to keep it up and the defense needs to hang on too.
  5. Well it's not going to be Burrow and he gets to up against Mahomes and Tua again, so he does have a shot technically.
  6. It was pretty funny when Shaq and Fournette got kicked from the Jags game and both had to leave from the same tunnel, round two almost kicked off.
  7. Well they stashed him on IR but I suppose he could always have a miraculous recovery in case of an emergency.
  8. Really because he's only about 7 spots higher than a 1st round draft pick on his rookie contract. Of course he isn't specifically in the middle of that list, he's middle of the road of starting TEs and recently got his contract, seriously got it last year falling out of the top ten by next year. Not really Kincaid is on a rookie deal he's cheap and Knox didn't get paid that much because well he's a TE and he didn't reset the market so there's already going to be a bunch of people ahead of him in no time. Maybe that other TE who didn't catch that TD pass today?
  9. We took Kincaid off the field for multiple plays when Knox wasn't even out there today, I thought it was weird because he's so damn effective but at the same time we were still marching down the field so it was hard to complain.
  10. He's not he didn't even reset his market when we paid him, he got buried immediatly afterwards and is in the middle of the pack.
  11. Wilson would then proceed to try and throw an interception fail only to try again and succeed, because he is very determined.
  12. Also credit to Brady for getting them all involved.
  13. Knox gets way too much hate on here, he's not as good as Kincaid and people have every right to be hyped for the rookie to get more and more reps because of what he brings. But Knox is still a good/decent TE that will be very good as the veteran TE2 behind the more talented TE1 that we drafted with our 1st round pick.
  14. 2. That's not going to have been Brady's call. 3. The Roughing is by rule roughing he landed on him though it definitely wasn't late. The Dawkins call was BS that penalty should have gone the other way, the refs just seemed to get salty that Dawkins was enjoying that he was about to get one and penalized him for it. 4. I thought our return coverage was pretty good wasn't it? They got that fumble and stuffed him a bunch of times I think they even stopped taking out on Kick off. Also once again Bass was 5/6 and hit all of the longer kicks and missed one XP he was fine.
  15. One of them today seemed essentially like a targeted hit from the ball carrier for the Jets.
  16. Imagine what he'd have if he didn't fumble the first run against Denver and get sent into exile for a portion of the game.
  17. I mean I'd think it's the same plays/playbook he's just calling them differently/at different times, it'd be a little insane to just teach the offense a new scheme mid season. Bass was fine he missed one kick out of what 6? and he made all of the longer ones.
  18. The defense has managed to play at least average for the most part down the stretch though, so the Offense putting up 32 on a really good defense is a real positive. Need to see consistency obviously, Dorsey had good games too but it's a good sign.
  19. Cook is great and a solid pick, problem will be when it comes time to sign him again, I see us keeping Kincaid here for his career. RBs don't typically have that kind of career lifecycle. Maybe Cook finds a way to be different if he becomes even more a part of the passing game.
  20. Our next two opponents play tomorrow, team should rent out a theater to watch it and get psyched up.
  21. Diggs for like the thousandth time wants to win, yes he definitely wants to be a part of it. But winning is the thing he wants most, and if that means he's the guy that's getting people open sometimes I don't think he cares, especially on a day where he has drops. He's not wrong.
  22. It was basically overall full team performance all 3 phases.
  23. Think we had like 2-3 concussed players.
