So the bad news is we probably won't get to play against Brandon Staley, the good news is that of the two back up QBs playing today we get to play against the one that's scored 0 of the 42 points.

Every time he'd do something incredibly stupid one of his players would make some incredible plays to bail him out or at least make it close enough that he couldn't be blamed for his mind numbing decision.

The reason for that is pretty simple the runner already has possession of the ball so once he breaks the plane and is in the endzone it's a TD. For the WR he has to catch the ball that's really it, maybe it sucks because of how complicated they make that, but they're trying to balance it for the defense that they don't just give it to them when he didn't even manage to hang on to it. As to the out of bounds part that's just the same catch rule as if it wasn't a TD if it wouldn't count then it's not going to count in the endzone, meaning if you didn't secure it while you're in bounds then you caught it out of bounds, not a catch. 🤷‍♂️

That makes no sense at all and if evenly remotely true makes the Eagles game absolutely absurd, that team didn't need that win at all while we were ***** drowning. The ref in this next game has a ridiculous record calling Cowboys games as well though I don't know if they're have been any real stand out games like the Dolphins game earlier this year for the Eagles and Hochuli.

Could he retire and pull a Vontae Davis?

Staley has been trying to choke away every game he could despite Herbert's best efforts.

It'll be good to at least get one game of tape on him before we play him for whatever that's worth.
