Can we bring Fred Jackson back for just one game to get that stiff arm going?

I should have known better anyway. Church St on a Saturday night isn't what it used to be.

Yeah... Sounds like a cultur tug of war there. Got good product, but have to dance around the orders. I just wouldn't take call ins when busy. But such is the world now.
or staff enough to handle phone ins. hell you can order subway on their app in a second.
I went drinking down in orlando with my wife one night. we're sitting at this german bar and I get up to go to the bathroom. i come back and these two stupid girls have stolen my seat, my jacket was on the back and the wife was arguing with them that it was taken but they were young and empowered and they were out to find a sugar daddy so they were not moving.
We motioned to the bartender to put or bill on theirs, and left. We had about 4 drinks each so we were ready to move on anyway, i figure we stuck them with about 90 bucks.

So calling by phone you think You should jump the queue? Just show up in person stand in line. Maybe others were first?
No fajita pita for you!
by calling ahead I figured it would be ready when i got there, i'd still stand in line with the philistines. But i only had 45 min for lunch and the place is 20 min away.

I used to go to a Pita place with my daughter once a week for lunch before she left for school. about a year ago i decide to go back and grab lunch, it's out of the way but i was in the mood for their fajita pita it's awesome, i call up there so it will be ready, girl puts me on hold and just puts the phone down....for 8 minutes. I can hear her waiting on other customers and ignoring the phone.
About 5 weeks prior, my wife had gone there to get lunch for us to eat together (she was off that day and i was going to meet her at the house). The girl stops talking to her and gets on the phone...taking an order, then asks is she is eating in she says no so the girl tells her she has to go to the end of the line so she can wait on people who are dining in.
So i'm pretty pissed at that place, i get food somewhere else. i go on and fire up social media and give em 1 star and explain the situation and why i gave them a 1 star rating. the owner gets on and gives me the standard BS about they were busy waiting on a large group of people....to which a friend of mine who's son used to play football with my boy pipes in "uh that's total BS, i was there, watched your girl put the phone down, and wait on 8 separate orders don't lie to that man". And of course things get fun from there.
They are in a great location and they have a good product so i know they didn't care to lose my business. But I'm not going to give my money to a business that is both that disorganized and at the same time dismissive about it's patrons.

Dawkins is the kind of LT that you can win with if you have a great QB. I think we have more pressing needs on the OL than LT at this point. That said Van Noy really got him bad on that sack fumble. so he's got work to do. I was always adamant they should not move Glenn under any circumstances. Dawkins...ehh, move him, don't move him, whatever. just improve the Oline.

I would spend ONE pick in round 2-4 on defense and get ONE FA on defense. The rest your slamming on offense.
It's all subject to BPA and who slides where. If you see a guy rated as a 1st round pick in the 3rd and he's a CB, then why wait, take him. I would focus on the offense, but not totally ignore value. This draft and free agency period are not going to solve all our problems on offense or defense. Should go a long way but this roster will never be perfect.

I don't think I'd go near her after reading that. Girl has anger management issues. And for her friend not to fess up and let her go bananas on an unsuspecting bouncer is also busch league.

Did you see the golden offensive holding call on the Pats while the game was still in the balance the other night? I was shocked and had to double-take! It was like seeing a unicorn.
I did see it, it was right after a blatant missed call where the DE literally threw his arms up and had an olineman bear hugging him directly in front of the refs. Friggin pathetic. I think Hughes should wear a break away jersey in the NE games so he can actually get to the QB and leave the OL there holding his jersey. It would be beautiful.

I didn’t say he wouldn’t be good, just that it will be a big topic, as it was with Donald.
Thats why we need to see him 1 on 1 vs NFL level competition, is he a senior? Hopefully he plays in the senior bowl.

McCoy is paid handsomely for his services. Barry Sanders deserved better.

well this is depressing

I didn't like what our punter was doing Monday night at all. Glad they brought back Schmidt.

if we can move down and end up with an extra 2nd and 3rd, we could then take the 2 5ths and 2 7ths and turn them into 4ths.
wouldn't that make 9 out of 10 picks in the first 4 rds.? yum
I love the idea of a bunch of picks between rounds 2-4 for sure. There are only a couple guys I would pass that up for and they're pretty much Oliver and Bosa, which right now at 5 we're probably going to miss out on both.
That also begs the question who is someone wanting to trade up for? If the QB/Bosa/Oliver are gone who are they looking to get?
-
I think we need to wait until we see more from Little. I remember the hype behind Orlando Brown last year, until he ran a 6 second 40 and benched 225 8 times. He looked terrible.
Really interested to see Oliver as well.

Aaron Donald is light too, and he seems to be doing pretty well.
Now I do want to see Oliver in the senior bowl, is he a senior? he needs to face some NFL competition.

Hello darkness my old friend

We're down to the bottom of the dumpster, underneath a beef lo mein box infested with maggots we found another QB to dust off and try.
Gonna need a shower after this

I just wouldn't take it off the table. I'd run the routes, make people play off soft coverage trying to anticipate the throw and figure out other ways to beat them. Be it out and up/hitch and go, or just double moves to get the corners turned around some.
You would think they would have Tre really school Peterman on it in practice so he doesn't screw it up in the game.

Talent executes a plan. IMO, the planning and game strategy is the bigger problem for the Bills. Ultimately that falls on McDermott but on a practical week to week level, he's relying on his coordinator and coaches to frame out a plan, plays, etc.
I'll save the Bills a lot of money and fire the entire offensive coaching staff and start anew with a coordinator with a proven track record of success in the NFL. No more mediocrity. No more college guys. I'd rather one bad season with Daboll versus three of them just so we can have "consistency." There's no reason to think any of it will improve.
Daboll is Todd Haley without the attitude problems. Castillo and the rest of the unit coaches have clearly not gotten it done. I don't know why we'd entertain another season of more of the same.
I don't disagree with a lot of what you're saying, but I do not want to give Allen an all new offensive system going into his sophomore season. I hope they keep the entire staff for at least 2019. We can't try to develop a young QB while throwing a new coordinator and new coaching staff at him every offseason. Castillo I would have never hired to begin with.

You can go to the sidelines, you just have to ya know... time it right, and read the play. The pick 6's he's thrown have been to receivers who are either not open, or the throws have been late.
The one in houston - i saw nothing to think that that guy was open.
his throws to the sidelines are always late. And he telegraphs them by staring down the WR. These CBs have learned to bait him into those throws and jump the route. Now would a solid hitch and go with a pump fake equal 6 points??? I like to think so. I'd like to think that Daboll and McD have thought of it too.

Trubisky will take off and run much like Allen, so hopefully they are well ready for him. I think they will try to run the ball early and often. But Nagy could get creative. He knows if he gets a couple of easy scores we will have to let Peterman throw the ball. That's not a good thing.
